Please submit a support ticket regarding the issue. Expect some temporary delay in response for support now since we are seeing a higher volume of tickets (servers are at max capacity).

Hello All,
The Live servers are experiencing login queues since we have reached max server capacity on both Chronos and Naia. Therefore, character creation will be temporarily disabled on 4/10 and will be enabled again after the maintenance on 4/15.

We temporarily removed the ranking system and timed hunting zones back in August, but it had no effect on the latency delay. The ranking system is not real-time either and refreshes every 5 minutes.

Our dev team requested for us to remove all weapon appearance items as quickly as possible from the game after a major technical issue was found. I will follow up with them to see if there was a bigger picture regarding the removal of the weapon appearance items.

Since there are a lot of weapons with appearance, it is just not justified to let the others (new and even old players) to not have appearance on their weapon. From Winter of War patch notes:
All weapon appearance related items will be removed on 2/19 due to a technical issue in a future content update with these items. Modified appearances on weapons will remain intact.

We have extended the deletion date of the items above by two weeks (4/22).

The queue will automatically activate when the server reaches the highest capacity of users to prevent server instability, which it did for the first time in many years over the weekend.

Naia server is now up! Angel Cat for 24hrs, Tersi for 2hrs, and Dandy for 24 hrs.

The Naia server will be restarted with a maintenance in the next hour or so. We found an issue that is affecting the server performance.

If you are having issues connecting from Brazil, please post your Internet service provider details. We did not roll out any changes during the maintenance today that would affect logins or connections from South America.

The Stable Scroll was not supposed to be included in the pack, but stated so on the website. The correct version is in-game as it is listed in the store.

There was a crucial maintenance note missing for the maintenance tomorrow:
- The server hardware for Naia will be changed during the maintenance to help resolve the latency issue. We will carefully monitor the latency situation after the maintenance tomorrow.
Please do not hesitate to inform us if you experience latency on Naia after the server hardware changes tomorrow. If successful, we will do the same for Chronos.

Character Stats and Info
All other general character statuses such as skill bar, class, level, skills, VIP points, VIP level, PK, PvP, color titles, and raid points are transferred during the server consolidation.
It doesn't mention anything about dual VIP points and VIP level. Need some answers regarding this possible issue, pretty sure you guys did think about this right ?
The VIP points will be added together if you have them on both servers.
