Hi,
I used to be a Summoner addict myself (started playing the class a bit bfr god introduced 2008/9) it is one of the most challenging classes that needs good coordination and game mechanics knowledge. Now is undoubtedly the worst class to play (even maestro got fixed) .
i understand your frustration (apart from SM all wynns are trashed), realistically there is nothing to be done, neither from Juji nor from any1 else in NCW as game balance is only kor Devs responsibility.
I have written blocks of text concerning wynn, tried to help many wynns and make suggestions concerning the class like this f.e.

All in all i suggest you to accept the status quo and move on, so you can enjoy the game. I did the same thing with great difficulty and experienced the imbalanced state of the game.
L2 is NOT balanced and Wynn is definitely a dead class (at least outside oly) ... I hope it wasn't but it is and from the upcoming updates i do not see any great improvement.

i admire and envy ppl that start to play this game as a grp!
Unfortunately the game is more RNG than RPG... Meaning the random casino aspect dominates over the wonderful role playing content of the game (no sarcasm here)!
If you don't enjoy gameplay here you can find other retailer (even unofficial) to suit your playstyle.

For mediocre gear i used the following setup. I am very satisfied.
1. Puller / crowd control / Tank
Main Tank (TK or HK) - good def and aura pulls a spot ezily, w/o any spam.
Dual Dread - fast with lots of stuns and huge pulling power (i use in PI or plunderous plains)
2. Buffer ( with a libra agathion, the old one with the balance skill, buffer becomes semi healer in common regions)
Main Domi - very versatile in and out of party
Dual Hiero (max dps) or SwM (Mp issues + def buffs)
3. DD
Feoh or yull ?
I use feoh and am very satisfied with that setup.
Yull atm is stronger with top items cause of high skill crit rate.
Feoh mana shield helps if u have def prob. Also snare is useful in many cases.

Thanks @JujiMarket presents inflationary spiral. All these items used to be 1/3 - 1/4 of their current price, not long ago. Dunno if it's the high demand, the huge increase in income from TZ or because they were removed from some NPC's / Bosses.
In any case logging 10 boxes just to fish- farm Elcyum or putting items on L2 store boxes is not the answer.
Market needs fixing else we ll go back to 500 regular players + 2000 boxes.

but maybe this game is just not for you?I will go past the "crybaby" and i ll tell ya that as i am around from 2007 on l2 off i am familiar to the concept of the game and i ve experienced even the worst aspects of it. This PK system is absolutely horrendous.
To enjoy a game you must be able to compete or succeed in some way. If you are pushed around like that from the loca thatyyou can make some profit to progress in game there is no point playing.
This type of actions are toxic and the tolerance from community managers is unprecedented. PK used to have importance (if u haven't done a sin eater you can't understand). No newcomer welcomes this behavior or can really fight a top tier toon.
Personally, i play 2-3hrs a day live, i am a grown man and i have much better things to do with mah time than breaking my nerves or being subdued to any1s complex.
If this PK nonsense doesn't stop i think i need to find a better hobby to put my time n money. Enough is enough.

Aggressive marketing is either a desperate move or a very greedy one and your timing - concerning the recession- is out of this world.
You do months to fix major srvr issues (lag f.e.) , i can't remember when was the last time u implemented something w/o a hot fix needed , we have to stand in line behind 100 boxes to log in and u have the guts to put a 200$ pack in another game breaking promo, while covid threatens our health and jobs? Show me your marketing officer so i can kiss his genius head!
I really hope this event tanks....my pocket is closed....you have no limit, no boundaries!

I still get aden boxes (simple ones) and from the 4-5 ppl that i asked that farm near no drop at all.

What about the dagger, is it a good choice?
XP in game revolves around AoE these days...so AoE DD's have the edge. Some tyrrs Titan+Dread can also do decent aoe dmg.
Haven't tried Dagger myself (better check the regarding section also) but i know they can be very effective with good gear + lvls cause of their skill dmg mechanics and the ability to 1shot high hp mobs. Usually the road from 105>110 is pretty long for a medium geared melee DD.
It all has to do with what you wanna play and how committed you are to that choice.

Also if you check % of Wynns on top lvls on ranking you can verify the answer you found before.
But because i might not be clear Wynn is a big NO atm, no fun, no tools, no dmg.

Daggersare enjoyable, wynn isn't. Dunno the srvr you play but you may find less than 10 Wynns above 109 -
Just another encounter with a top-tier player, something many ppl experience in every day basis playing and enjoying that game!
At least this guy had the common courtesy to explain to me how the status quo is (like i didnt knew).
We re considered 2nd tier players / neutrals / randoms that we have to w8 for them to farm with their 100th box in order to have access to game resources.
You need to ask yourselves why a newcomer should come and invest in this wicked game?
Fix the pk system....l2 resources are no ones fief. It is a disgrace to have such culture in game.

Wynn is NOT a powerhouse anymore. Quite the opposite. Comparing to what other DDs can do wynn is trash even with top gear. Been there...harsh truth.

It is really a pity considering how much work you have put to lvl up ur cp supports to 110. Pt play is once more trashed.
Not only lvling a support past 107-108 requires so much effort but also DDs are not geared enough for new territories.
We need access to gear that is NECESSARY to effectively farm new areas. All other regions have made so much progress... In ncw owning a DW is like winning the lottery...other regions have them available in AH for 200-300b (price for +12 limited here).
Game progress is very slow, expensive and thus unappealing and boring.
Soon all these newcomers will hit the money wall.
How much longer do yoi believe ppl will give 50$ to get 100 random boxes and get 5 elc 10 cod and some pots.

30b for bloody stones are a bit high.
You can buy a +8 r99 bloody set with that adena. Extract stones keep/sell set. Or search Ah for cheap low ench bloody pieces.
Also for r110 there is a significant cost between normal > enhanced... About 20-25b if i remember correctly. Atm making new r110 set is the only viable option rather than upgrading r99.

Dunno if the proc ability changes with lvls.

Apart from SM the nature of wynn's skilks is fine. Power needs to be fixed, like tyrrs.
The main problem is ITEMS. All new gamebreaking items boosted DD classes significantly. Unfortunately on wynn they do not affect the main source if its DPS... Its PETS. Not in a proportion that matters.
Apart from that Wynn has no role in pt anymore. He clearly can't compare to DD classes. Even though he has the tools to play other roles in a pt, semi tank, debuffs, disabler, its abilities are too weak to be viable (compare wynn to druid in wow) .
Imagine that instead of DPS he could use his tank pets and apply mass CW with his new loyalty mechanic?.
It is a pity that the class is left to die.
