Can some Hierophant test this:
Suppose Char1Name = "Salad", Char2Name = "Bagel"
Hierophant macro1:
/target Salad
/useskill Prophesy of Might

/delay1 (I also tried without delay or longer delay - nothing works)

/useskill Prophesy Of MightSalad gets the POM but Bagel never gets it even though in the past it used to work but few updates ago, it stopped working.
ISS should be able to buff up to 2 POM... and I can still do this if I do this without macro. But Macro is broken for some time now.
Can anyone else verify this?

Have anyone noticed that the macro ability of Hierophant to buff double POM across 2 DDs in the same party has no longer been working for a while now? Anyone?
You can still double buff POM manually but if it is setup in a macro, the first one will buff but the second one just won't happen.
Has NC been made aware of this? Or am I missing something? I tried /delay and cast other stuff first but no help,
Again, manually buffing 2 DDs works but just when put in MACRO - no longer works. IT USED to WORK.

Came to following conclusion:

Thank you! You speak the truth about Mixa! There are people that are so delusional, they have no clue how the world views them and they live in their own bubble. In psychology, some people lack healthy childhood, motherly love with a self confidence deficit. In psychology journals, those with worse case of self confidence issues tend to want to step on others to feed their ego of self entitlement - it's as if they don't say something bad about others, they'll die or something.
Psychology aside, on factual point-by-point Mixa is a casual player who is against people of means, people of wealth and abundance with myopic view of the world through a position-of-lack or poverty. He got no passion for this game, doesn't put in the effort to actually play the game and share with the community his findings. When is the last time, he actually supports anyone or seems happy? He seemingly pass along misinformation as truth which anyways, many many posts ago, I just ignored him completely. Due to recent events, stay at home order and everything, I decided to take my boxing gloves out and go take punching bags to the cleaners just because I could. I love to cut some eyes and stun people with my God Jewels. =P -

Mixa, I suspect you just like to respond to everyone's post but you don't seem to be a true competitive player at the highest level, not in the past, now or ever will be. I suspect you don't even play. if you do I apologize but your comment regarding past archers just totally way off park and really shows your lack of knowledge at the highest competitive levels. Having an archer one shot kill you requires context, if you're so weak, any weak class, weak race can still one shot you. But among the elites, my opinion has consensus and backed up by experienced. And as active player for 16 years, most people who started with me - all have left, so I am in a very unique position to see the entire history of this game and the transformation of its mechanics, economy, races and classes.
Seriously... if you don't know archers are gimp for the longest time, you are the one in a different universe. Archer was made relevant very late in the game - almost as a reward for those who persevere. Given similar money for gears, in the first 7 years of classics -- GK can murder an archer. I was one of the best archer in the top clan back in c3 and c4, active in Oly, PvP and Sieges. I was good because I was one of the richest and even so -- loved the challenge. I insist my archer be a female for the looks, must be the weakest race - light elf, must be the gimpest class, archer. In the early days, there weren't any skill based damage, just stun rate, stun resist rate, normal attack speed, critical rate and critical damage... archer is hard pressed matched against mages, daggers, GKs (Grand Khavatari) or even tanks -- but you can still beat them if you have the highest end gears and highly skilled with tons of practice. Mage can out cast in speed and kill a low hp archer (the infamous +6 Dark Crystal Robe). GK can rush stun you, hit faster and harder than you and has insane amount of HP compared to an archer - archer only chance is range stun and even with max stacked stun rate jewelry, good luck land it with GK superior rush speed STUN on the archer - it was fun but archer - everyone concluded, even among the best archer was GIMP. Those who play archer first 7 years are purist archer at heart - it's what they like and that's it. If you want to win, you just don't pick archer.
Archer was world famous for being gimp.
Light Elf race even more gimp.
I persevere until NC continue to refine the game mechanics to allow CLASS masking over race... so your RACE still relevant to some degree but not as massive as before and allow the CLASS themselves which can be a "DARK ELF CLASS" inside but with appearance of LIGHT ELF. Since GoD, you see archer increase in power, along with introduction of new skills, skill crit, HP increases and many others.
Of course today, I have 12 active toons in 2 configuration mode, 7+5 or 7+3+2 mode.
1 toon Lv.109, 6 toons Lv.108 pass 50%, 5 toons Lv.107. I never try to be highest single toon and I carve out personal specific challenges "role play" and do enmasse group of toons well, efficient while still having time for real life.-

A friend of mine told me about this informal policy.... ask me to OE my +23 bless bow.... despite the allure to do so, I refused. I agree it should be reserved for true accident like LIFE's +14 dark bow back when it was the highest bow on Chronos server.... LIFE was leader of RR when RR was still relevant. LIFE quit directly because he blew up +14 dark bow... and among other things such as the rise of P2W. He -- instead of using the Destruction scrolls, accidentally used the normal enchant. That and his personal life, his marriage I heard tipped him over the edge and quit for good.

@Daikon thanks man for taking the time to explain with such details... I wouldn't even try Shooter... it's dumb that the Exalted weapon given is Shooter which is shit for archers... Not that I really care since I got a +23 bless bow.... Just that it will save me the cost of being curious about a +16 bless Shooter just to play around from my extra unused +16 bless weapons (Stormer with Dreadnaught Dualclass that I don't play anymore). So my LE archer is a PVP type Tricker, is that the reason why I got a Exalted Shooter as free gift and not an Exalted Bow? Is this also why Kamael race went EXTINCT?

I just realize normal archer now can use CrossBow due to recent Exalted Lv.1 & Lv.2 rewards seeing my archer got rewarded a Crossbow. Sure enough in the Passive, says Bow/CrossBow... I had no idea when that got changed, it used to be only Kamael can use CrossBow.
So... due to Red Libra, I can convert some of my high-end weapons to CrossBow - any advantage pro and con of crossbow vs. bow? anyone? Thanks.

Is it me or I feel SEER got double BOOSTED in their M.Attack?!
Seriously, my Lv.106 SEER had barely 225k m.atk on normal buff without any BR or special toggle... that was only 2 weeks ago... then last week i noticed M.atk went up to 300k+... and after this wednesday server update, now 485k (with Red Elysium Blessing +30% m.atk but that's only 30%!!) !! this is not a toggle m.atk., this is just normal buff...
Anyways, i don't have the exact math or whatever, I just feel in general SEER got boosted silently and quietly -

for 11 years 2004-2015, archers were not OP but under powered throughout majority of Lineage2 storyline. It was only in recently years, if you have stuck to your archers, you were rewarded. I suffered 11 years, still kept my original creation "Kannouteki" that she was rewarded with the power ONLY IN RECENT YEARS.

If I have a Lv.113 dualclass of archer and Lv.99 main class of dagger... basically if you want your main to be archer, you buy that 300m thingy and now your main will be Lv.99 archer? ROFL? Is there no MAIN / DUAL swap service? or Split character service?

No, that doesn't happen. Also botting in MMORPG communities has received an upgrade using A.I. to detect patterns of impossible human behavior and systematic patterns that are not possible with 12 lines of "sanctioned" auto-play - since 2015/2016 period. Blizzard Entertainment was the first company to implement A.I. to detect illegal software use for World of Warcraft and eventually NC followed with L2.
Those who complain today and try to sound like I don't know what I'm talking about and there are still botting... well, let me tell you, they probably never seen when the WHOLE server was botting up to the eyeballs - especially PVP.
Nowadays, it's kind of like the Don Corleone family in Godfather... those who kiss Don's ring (the Lord of the Ring), may get special pass - especially if you are commercial affiliated aka "farming" and you don't engage in player-to-player combat. PvP using botting program is a BIG NO NO can be caught by A.I. and you will be banned. -

well, no wonder... no I have not notice, I thought it's just a bug that'll get fixed in a patch. when you have RL and 12 characters to run, that little detail was annoying but it get queued up way back in the afterburner of things to look into... I finally just have had enough during this Covid19 and 6 weeks of awesomeness xp event. thank you though for letting me know.
