Last week (for full 7 days), I did not have 1 disconnection out of 16 active and 1 shop (17 out of 17). This week same 16+1, I've had 2 disconnections already in just 2 days after maintenance. So I concur, whatever NC soft did, algorithmically or not in terms of changes made to server stability, something made the connection not as stable as last week. If I had 1 out of 1 or 3 out of 3 perfect connection, it's still just 1 or 3 but 17 is a lot more accurate comparison between this week and last week.

many quit due to the one shot wonder on +10 dark armor sets on a tank lol. 4 years in the making since the lady executive from ncsoft implemented the "brooch" event and rest is history. i believe that's right around the time when Life from RR quit after blowing up his +14 dark bow (back in 2015!), he never knew about the hidden 2 token rule, on top of the P2W, he along with many others quit.
like Andouille, I stayed out of the PvP not much so for the imbalance in gear but for the prevalent PvP cheating software that can auto target your healer even if you have 6 toons stacked on top of each other than no human on earth can read the names on the stacked auto-follow mode - let alone know which of the 6 stacked toons (that look like 1 toon) know which one is a "healer". But that pvp software is pretty intelligent, it'll kill that healer immediately. How is PvP fun when you have incessant cheating and GM doesn't do anything about it?

So after my post, that greedy farmer took most of his AH posting off and jack up the price to 250m to artificially seem like there are low quantity. DO NOT BE DECEIVED!! He probably has over 1,000 Qty. just sitting out there. Just resist buying and work together to get Ncsoft to do a 20nc coin promo for a single Rune book and watch his greedy ass BURN and SUFFER.

Paul, no need to even mentioned winter war patch because you have countless confirmation from the entire community. In fact, I would even challenge you to find another person just like you, who did not receive a Dragon Shirt after exalted 2. I bet you cannot. You have all the statistical relevance to build a case here.
If the NCSoft contractor customer from India or other foreign lands who never play L2 but read off scripts and copy/paste from their "knowledge database" tell you before and after winter war patch, it will just confuse the matter more for Juji.Simply put, you did not get dragon shirt. record a video showing not in private warehouse, not in personal inventory, go to heine npc, click to exalted 1 & 2 to receive the reward and see that error message saying you have already received.
also challenge ncsoft to reproduce record of you receiving exalted 2 reward, opening it with dragon shirt populating it inside your inventory, and THEN you dragging your dragon shirt and deleting it in the trash box (which i don't think you did). but if ncsoft cannot reproduce such event, then just tell them to FIX it and GIVE you the dragon shirt and whatever else that you didn't receive. I believe every action is traceable at a developer's level. so this require @Juji assistance to get past customer support and submit a developer's level ticket for you.

We're not talking about limited supply so the price is expensive... we're not talking about 5-8 Rune books left or even 50-80 Runes books left. We're talking about close to 800 Rune books and will be approaching 1000 Rune books that no one can buy.
Chronos Auction House currently has 750~800 Rune books cornered by Farmers... @225m each where as the old price was at 55m. It's now costing 1.8b for a person to learn a skill, some ISS, Feoh really need to learn their necessity skills.@Hime @Juji Please create an event that will crash the farmer's market and make hoarding necessity supply for Covid19 masks (in L2 terms the Rune books) illegal. As the government of this great game and with the support of your loyal subjects, you can do much to help the people.

the p.atk difference is barely to justify one more dagger in your hand. makes almost 0 difference in damage.
daggers, as archers, are about maximum possible damage on a single attack.1.5 is half the critical dmg vs the 2.0 modifier
What part of Juji's published definitive DPS test do you not understand? Not normal attacks, SKILL based DPS. DualDaggers > Shaper in DPS in every situation. But DPS is not important in PvP, I said this like 5 times already?

Remember DPS overall Dualdaggers has higher patk and hits twice vs single hitting once. Juji did a test years ago, DPS still holds dual dagger as king over shaper in PVE situation. in PvP it isn't about DPS over a long period of time, PvP is about who's first to interrupt other's skill cast and Shaper has that advantage.

Btw, Earth Wyrm gives 20% crit.dmg vs typical 15% of most rings. Juji posted that couple of years ago.

Dual Dagger is better overall for PVE... Juji tested that years ago in terms of DPS in various scenarios... however, some claimed despite the lower patk of Shaper (single), in PvP situations the reuse rate and that speed to get the crit dmg out wins matches, especially in Olympiad. I don't know if anyone else can add to this but I personally think Shaper must have its place in PvP due to its extreme crazy speed. What happens in a PvP dual or Oly scenario is everything gets slowed down to the match delta between 2 players... so Shaper advantage cannot be realized in a fully buff PVE party but definately shines in a limited buff situation and/or PvP duel situation when the stats are recalculated based on the 2 opposing match stats.
With only 8b to spend, dual dagger is your only option to think about. Also weapons maybe the most obvious that will create damage but don't forget circlets, cloaks, charms, dyes and other that can enhance damage. Lineage2 is about tiny accumulation of stats to create one big stat, tiny accumulation of experience, to get you to that next exponentially required level. -
My Lv.109 Summoner kill the K110 boss ("Sparta") faster than my Lv.109 Tank (133 STR with +20 bless weapon)
lol. Actually my Light Elf (Elemental Master) summoner's AOE damage, I love it. Wynn summoner gets 4 AOE skills ("Cherub") PLUS 5 marks (you just need 4 out of 5 to get that +30% crit.dmg bonus) for a single target boss. Elemental Master's default crit.damage is already higher than other types, plus +I5% crit.dmg from 2x Lv.8 SAs, plus Earth Wyrm, they keep on stacking. I think Wynn isn't too bad. Sometimes I feel in the realm of AOE, daggers are the ABSOLUTE worst class for AOE. Daggers has to pray that their slow ass POISON cloud actually debuff enough so their Flash Dagger and Barrage Nails can do any sort of AOE damage. LOL. Only other class that is as bad in AOE is probably SEER class. SEER single target though, can freaking magic crit you to death in a single sling and often too.
Last but not least, if you still use a BOW on a Wynn, you have been outdated for about 8 years. I think like 8 years ago if you read the PASSIVE skill, a Retributor Patk gives the summoner more than double the PATK transfer.

That bad? But doesn't the SA on the weapon transfer and 4 or more Marks gives +30% critical damage? Wynn summoners against bosses with insane high pref or pvp players with high pref has a set HP reduction skill that ignore their defenses.

Restarting the PC is always the best for non-tech savy people. For the more advanced, Ctrl-Alt-Del will be your life long Lineage2 game skill set to have. Because Ctrl-Alt-Del enable you to examine if NClauncher is still running. I always change the default to always shut down the NC Launcher upon launch, upon close option. That being said, once you know how to do it, it'll be nothing to write home about. In some PCs, I always leave the Ctrl-Alt-Del always on to see tasks running and resources monitoring at-all-times running in the background.
