How to Postulate for the job, the 17 years of knowledge i have playing this game will make you'r life easier to understand what the community and game really need, and guess what, im looking for a job! thank you
On annother note, much things have been said, but the game itself is working "properly" except for some mechanics that some ppl abuse but the main issue the game has is the management of events/promo, this is 90% of the job. The revenue can be so BIG for ncwest but for that to happen, promo's have to deliver the stuff we been asking not for months, but years, in order to progress and "close the gap" between players, so the game get more competitive and fun after all. Free events (ofcourse not rewarding like paid promos) but still rewarding help to build a "Happy" community in order to make the game environment more enjoyable. most ppl seek for Achievement, progression, not just opening the wallet, its a game, people if they are happy, they will spend money, its NcWest, Many ppl have the money , just make the things correctly and it will be fine.
IF you need help on that Reach me. i don't want to brag or whatever people will think, just trying to make the game we "like or love" more enjoyable for everyone after all.
And hi to the new Staff, and special shoutout to @GM_EVA, many answers recently.

When you do an event, do it correct or not at allbuy vit pots and craft them if u want to use freya storm.

And on top of that you can Craft daily Vitality potion x200 from Craft Tab for only 4 milion adena each WHICH is very cheap.
u can farm Fioren prison, they also drop vit potion!!
and when u create a toon u have 7 day Vitality maintain rune!So we know the reality we need adenas so basically if u dont spend any money u will not have much adena as a newComer but its the least of their problem at this point …

i think you guys didnt understand quite how the boosts are Working.
He is complaining that the Freya storm dont give Vitality Bonus but give Xp/SP
Which IS EXACTLY the same boost !!!
so what he asked has non sense, he has 150% bonus with Vitality or NOT
If the storm scroll was Vitality boost based and he dont use Vitality potion he wouldnt even benefit the 150% bonus!
So actually having the 150% xp bonus is just benefitial for this guy in particular.

100k dmg upon a crit +20% mcrit dmg = 120k so u get those 20% Precisely.
Mskill power is more complex, adding 20% mskill power will add dmg on Non Crit and Crits but the boost is added on the skill power and not the damage itself, so it won't be 20% precisely, but never more than 20% so obviously less. So Mcrit dmg +20% Augment is the actual best augment for feoh if they want to boost their Damage.
Because we all know that in current game if you don't crit, you don't make damage. (not when u are super low lvl)

There are discords but classic players are very little so i would suggest you to start on a Live server. u will struggle forever for info on classic infortunately

Anniversary event is next Week, and to compensate the waiting time they offer us some nice goodies, thxs the staff for the attention.

Mskill crit rate is capped to 33% (1/3) so basically once ur at 500 just boost ur M.skill crit dmg for now because rates its pointless. (they are changing the rate and boosting the crit cap in the next update) so we'll be able to test it all over again
but for now boost mskill crit dmg and the rest. mcrit rate is pointless

The mammon or the Blacksmith npc in town will help you for that, u'll need to gather some materials that u can check at the npc to upgrade to enchanted and so on. Asking those questions ingame will be easier to get faster answers since only a few part of the game population takes attention to the forum.

You guys don't seem to understand, They will not put 2 Events simultaneously, its no point to spam the same crap every week. Next week when the petals event is done and the promo, maybe we have the event, but not 2 in the same time.

Don't tell me you guys are not intentionally killing Lineage 2 in NCWest this is impossible to makes crap events like that over and over and over, after you guys made a feedback post asking things, and then not applying anything of what we asked.
@Hermes simple math. 32 ncoin for a box = 400-450 milion ingame (chronos), lets say u drop 2 Tomes, it makes a tome for 200 milion each, u need 750 000 tome to make lvl 1-200 and finish this , = 150 Trilion Adena = 150 000$ to make tomes lvl 1-200 in ur promo, DO YOU THINK THIS IS LOGIC? you guys nerfed Tomes drop in Dethrone, you guys don't give for YEARS any splendor fragment, any Gods jewel, every promos gives out the SAME REWARDS, no one need a shilen 9 or a fallen ring +9, this is pure garbage, it reflects the sales you guys doing, alot lower than usual,
So please tell us the truth, are you trying to shut down the game?

All promos are BOXES no one like , we are playing a game its not a Casino ..
The rewards from boxes are always the SAME, we do not need those items , where are the materials for dragon weapons? The splendor materials? The gods jewel materials? The dragon cloak announced 1 year ago is yet not here!!!
No more Briliant rose or pots from box,
Removed gran kain scrolls from everyone to put them again in a Overpriced price
No one needed an explanation on Royal black and Gold Ticket they exist for years and they are close of being useless also and we can all read also.
Where is the Anniversary Event?????? Nothing just Nothing from NCWest staff to make the PlayerBase happy. We are all quitting very soon bcz of such Management, No communication, Very bad promos, Very bad events,
the game has a potential of revenue that is very high and NCWest dont care, they dont listen, dont give us what we want, l2Europe is having great promos/event
Same in other regions
Only in NCwest we are getting nothing, Even anniversary event yearly has been removed

The point here isn't that someone won't do it, because andouille will tell everyone he is 100% legit, then somehow come up with 28 stage 1 DW's. The point here is the server is already gear starved for the normal players, adding a stage 4 that will inevitably lead to 5-10 people destroying all the gear on the server to get theirs will be devastating and make an already MASSIVE gear gap, unimaginable.
Id offer some advice on what NC Soft West could do to make this better, but I think it's pretty clear, 1. They don't care and 2. They don't read forums.
So, just an informative post everyone... look forward to all the stage 1 weapons being deleted from the server!! WOOT!!!

But you have to wait for the previous sale/event to finish to expect something new.
perfect exemple today, there is still 1 week of Hero chest/Hunting boost event, so we need to wait for this to finish first. So next week you can expect new things.
And Hermes said that anniversary event will be held a little later this year. SO obviously it will be next week

Every claases has a goal and a gameplay behind that u can learn to put in you'r favor.
The main problem is not mages, or whatsoever, its the gear that are in our version of the game favoritizing claases over other claases.
For exemple Feoh in Core server are doing great damage, the gear gap is lower, and they don't have gods jewel.
Feoh can play defensive in oly and be unbeatable (in korea it happens) and be not that good as DD for PVE bcz not enough crit. this is an exemple, a pure balance can't exist, there's always claases that in general will be stronger than yours and vice versa!
now i can understand its frustrating, i was myself always a tyrr and before they fixed our claas we couldnt do damage like mages/archers! but i found out a way to be useful still and it was (stunning) my enemies, debuffing them so they lose pdef so other DD can kill etc, every claases can be good! balance will never exist, just play what u like and what makes you happy in general

Good question.
When u are below the level of the mob ur hitting, then a damage penalty applies. idk exactly the % it is but it exist. so everytime u lvlup and get closer to the mob lvl u win damage (i heard 15-20%) if u hit 1milion before, then after exact same gear 1,15-1,20 milion.
When u are by exemple 110 and mob is 110, there is no more damage penalty. so if u get 111 idk exactly if u get a damage bonus even more on top,
there is a way to Test that , by using claases that has skills that does always the same dmg upon use.
Exempme: Tyrr warrior Mega strike skill, if u hit the mob 12 547 damage, with the exact same buff, u'll always hit 12 547 damage, so now if u take a lvl and come back and hit the mob again with everything the exact same, u are able to calculate the % of damage u may win or not.
i hope this clarify ur question.

It was not a typo the 11 Cookie, its what we should have gotten originally, they just nerfed the event once again, imagine u need open boxes (12 box for 12 cookiee) = 600 Ncoin for a masia lvl 1, = 7Bil+ which is completely stupid.
11 Cookie for 50 ncoin = around 55 ncoin for a masia = 600-700kk its already more Realistic
They fked up and instead of fixing the 11 cookie they just changed website message to "1" instead of "11"
This is totally awful but nothing can impress us from this company i guess

Idk if any GM's still work for L2 but we are all getting ignored on forums, where's our community manager?
It's starting to be very illegal at some point what NCWest is doing
First with Shining skill book box, Rewards from boxes were not as advertised, annother topic of 50 answers and no GM's to give an answer.
Now Second event in a row, Gold Light box again not rewarding as advertised. x11 Cookie vs X1 cookie is a huge difference , yet no answer, nothing from GM's , This is very suspicious in my eyes.
Idk how are the laws in the US but for sure for many people this just sound purely illegal.
They are not even restoring the cookies upon sending a Support ticket !!! X11 cookie is shows from them in the promo page and they still dont wanna restore.
a Masia soul crystal is x12 Cookie, so its just logic that we should get 11 cookie and not 1 per box, no one wanna spend 600 ncoin for 1 damn crystal lvl 1 wtf
