Did the Community team of NCWest Gave up with The game?
Its a shame to see that events over the years are only downgrading especially in the situations of you'r server
You guys are doing it all wrong to get more money from you'r playerbase.
Seriously you can't chain RNG boxes sales one after annother like this, how do you want to have a healthy community? seriously the server lacks alot of basics item and more top items, and all you'r RNG boxes sales gives close to nothing
If only rates were good to get top rewards, we would not be here crying maybe, or less but this is truly awful, i've spoken with numerous spenders and they are leaving you'r game because those sales are all but not rewarding.
People are spending real money, they must be rewarded, when was the last time someone got a lvl 2 Weapon from you'r boxes? Close to never , and that reward is always here on you'r reward list. its only a bait we know already,
And now let's talk about events, when was the last time we got an event we actually have to play, to get rewarded and enjoy them? Now all you have to do is log 50 alt and wait to get a crappy non valuable item.
You'r game is dieing and you do nothing to help the situation.
I'll personally give it until the end of the year, if nothing changes and more people quit,i don't see why i should play on an Empty server without competition at top levels.

Im not rude, i am just not a Hypocrit person, if you attack me personally, ill answer you back in the worst manner just like you'r dad slapped you when u was younger so you understand, its about the same.
Every person who knows me, talks to me, ask me anything about this game i always answer, i don't snob anyone, im always here to give tips, and give Truths even the one that hurts.
Ppl may see my shouts, my trashtalk and have a bad image of me, but for every popular person it goes that way. you judge what you see , but you don't try to understand the why behind.
And im just making videos as entertainement, im playing the game like every other, i had the opportunity to have all that gear from hard work and years of dedication, bro i play since 2006. you dont get to that point from nowhere. im young im not rich, i don't have rich parents, all i have in this game was totally Farmed, used my knowledge to play market, enchant, gamble , use Math and statistics to know what's gonna bring me money.
Ppl will probably not trust my words. but it is what it is. And if this game was not paytowin and equal, we would all have more fun in the pvp, and more competition, saying i would not be on the top players is false. i always played at top level even 10 years back when the game was more "equal" i proved this in past, i prove it now, gear is a thing, but gameplay and knowledge is too.

Seriously @Hermes you are definately not better than juji and we see you'r true face now, only a message of welcome for Wissp and ignore since 3 days the concern and drama about how olympiad messed up bcz of chronos down the other day ? Are you for real right now? not even 1 damn answer ,just pure ignore, im totally disgusted by all of you GM's managing this great game onto Trash.
And yeah keep recruiting people who have no damn clue about how this game works. applause.

Thank you guys for ignoring every single post or comments about how alot of ppl of Chronos including myself lost Hero because of your server instability,I’ve thought you guys would fix this somehow or tell us really whats gonna happen and not just ignore and ignore and ignore us over and over
Heros are the people who spend money in your game and you guys just ignored your loyal oldschool customer, what a disrespect from the whole team, we dedicate our time for olympiad, not for this,
Im sorry but this is just too much , many of us are losing motivation to play, your servers are getting empty no one want to play with such Game management,
We deserve an answer, for real why are you ignoring this topic?

I know you guys are aware of the olympiad issue that the downtime caused today,
Last day of olympiad and Naia could play vs only naia player
and Chronos couldn't fight at all bcz of the down.
I sincerely think you guys won't let it go like this out of pure logic. But talking for the community, everyone that plays olympiad and fight for heros are very upset to what is actually happening. This could cause a huge drama , and we are waiting for proper actions about this issue. Its normal, Customer must be respected.

After all, we still don't know the reason of why the server needed 6h+ down if not more coming, the issue is that bad?
some transparency is welcome.
And for the olympiad issue, they are truly not going to let it go like this favoritizing naia and penalizing chronos even more, that would cause a huge drama. a drama they don't want and we don't want either.
out of logic only we should be not stressing for our heros.

One exemple, not so long ago they sold on a promo "gran kain seed bracelet scroll" to enchant +7-10 seed bracelet., but no one from whole ncwest have a +7 bracelet, and they never gave events/promo/enchanted rates to make those bracelet +7. This proved my point above. Copy paste korea events without thinking about our situation.

So people are here complaining about prices, and you guys Changed the 10% chance of crafting to 5% ? Nice troll really, the event being overpriced already and still ninja nerfing what was posted first. Sneaky that shows how greedy is ncwest right now.
Sorry but with the 10% crafting it would have been "normal price" to get greater agathions and the rest. at 5% it makes everything worthles to try, u need 20 try at 5% Statistically to get 1 agathion (1600 keys) if they are at 100 mil each its 160B. Higher than market price on non event Sale. Wow. just Wow.
1 key for 1 normal agathion +0 (100-150 mil) ingame it cost 70 milion already from zodiac frags.
What's the logic of nerfing the event more when ppl complaing its already expensive ?

First of all, thanks for all the above answers to the concerns and question.
I may talk about annother concern after i'll be done!
This promos has Added rates on the jewels in general, that means the server need quite a big amount of gem energys. The only way right now is to open mermaid chest to get gem energys, but the rates to drop them are really bad. And what happened because of that ? Gem energys are above 1 Bilion EACH now! the price has never ever been that high, and 99% of people are excluded from this pricing, making any jewels up to level 5 and upgrade them is Too much money, it just doesnt worth it at all,
My suggestion is to put on store during the event a pack of Gem energys for decent price so people can directly buy them instead of gambling the mermaid chest and get nothing else than things they don't need.
Im sure this is just logical , with added rates this is the time we need to upgrades our jewels but the offer/demand on gems ingame is really bad, ALOT demand, and quite almost 0 offer. Auction house is empty, market is empty of gem energys, we can't play the promo correctly

Since tommorow NCWEST realease the chance to make Top Gems from lvl 5-10 with the new shiny gem energy,
Can we please get informed about the % bonus of every Top jewel at those level and the cooldowns of the skills at every level. So we can think about what's interesting for us to make or not,since it cost quite a lot of money we deserve to get informed about the upgrades we're doing.
i Also Hope that gem's energy the material used to compound gem (with the Addes rates % chances) will drop in a good amount so all server can enjoy upgrading their jewels at a normal cost. If the drop rate is low, no one will be able to profit from added rates.

The balance from artifact fragment also is fine to make nowBut the balance patk pskill crit rate and pskill crit dmg now cost too much to do (same price as red with crystal, better buy them directly from othzr players reselling theirs.)

Hello everyone and dear GM's @Hermes @Hime @EMpulse @Arctic
I am and im sure many other concerned about an issue on the new Artifact Promotion.
Let me explain myself clearly. This is just a suggestion from a 16y old player.
Artifact Crystal from the promo will cost 72 Ncoin each. the price is not Expensive but not cheap either. Artifact crystal are already selling cheaper from market (due to other promos) That's first of all.
Second of all, the main concern is that, with the Artifact crystal there's no difference in price to make either a Balance/Support/Fighting spirit/Protective Artifact.
on other promos Protective/fighting spirit/support Box were 15% chance each to drop from the "Artifact Box" and 55% for the Balance type.
So that actually means the Balance were way cheaper to do due to the rate of obtaining them from an Artifact BOX.
With Artifact Crystal, every type of artifact are on the same page for the price. because u'll need the same amount of crystal to make either a balance or a fighting spirit artifact to +10. And we pertinently know that this is not logical because you need 3 Type of Red. and 10+ Type of balance. They were never the same price to make before.
This is driving the price up for all Artifact and its a very bad idea in term of Sales for NCWest and Bad for players who need to actually upgrade their artifacts.
MY suggestion is to probably Drop the price of each artifact crystal from 72 ncoin to 40 ncoin each (instead of 720 ncoin for 10 cry, put it 400 ncoin) So The price to make any artifact will be affordable for ALOT more people. More ppl happy = more money for the company and a better competition ingame with ppl getting stronger.

Great you start to learn the game but there's things and mechanics that only oldschool player like me or some other can understand
i just dont get it why NcWest recruits people that has never ever played the game as GM's
How do you want to make it a better game if the company itself don't want to listen to players who know's 50x more than any of them , gives feeback, never listened, Hermes is worse than Juji, he is already gone from forum and game.
We see new GM's every year because no one want to stay, but yet they dont want to recruit top players who knows everything to make the game better.
What has been done has been done this game is now totally dead in pve, pvp, gap between players and that we can thanks our Amazing GM's for that.
