I am 110 Tyr. My ISS is 101. I party ISS and bring them with me to XP. I am hunting normal mobs my level, NOT Varka/Ketra or any special party mobs with normally high XP amount.
With ISS near me my XP is 37,568,803,980 per mob.
To pick up some supplies I sent ISS to town. Still in party, but not near me.
With ISS away from me in town, but still partied, my XP jumps to 53,262,676,278 per mob.
I am confused that XP would be that great when ISS is in town. So I double check my XP rate, kicking her out of party. Solo, no one in party, my XP is 26,631,338,134 per mob.
I am confused. I know Party Hunting is boosted extra 100%, but shouldn't that mean that overall XP should be highest when party member is near me, not far away?
Disregard. A clan member explained it to me.

They are obsolete, but you want them to release items for the obsolete agathions?
Better move on, get a superior bracelet and fill it with charms.
Rubbish. You can't get BR from the new agathion charms (or any of the other skills) and you know it. You can also use the old bracelets with the individual Agathion charms that also give you BR again. If you're lucky enough to enchant up to +5 that gives you another slot for the new charms if you then want to +++ Patk, Pskill Damage, whatever. Several older, elite players already have game changer items like this. It's unfair to make new players use items that make them less powerful than older players that they compete with PVE/PVP.
Read the Restoration Ticket Policy first. Don't want you coming back here complaining that NC screwed you, when they made it abundantly clear that there are conditions and limitations.

Quick clarification...
Destruction Scrolls: There are both armor and weapon type. Armor allows you to attempt an enchant up to +6 without losing the previous enchant value if it fails. For weapons, it is up to +15 for fighter type weapons. +7 if it's a mage weapon.
Ancient Enchant Weapon Scrolls: There is more than one type. Some allow you to attempt an enchant up to +16 only, keeping the previous enchant level if it fails. There was a second type of AEWR in game that allowed you to enchant higher than +16, but I have not seen any of those around in ages. The catch? You can't tell the difference between the two. You won't know until you try to enchant a +16 or higher weapon. So if you buy an AEWR, make sure you ask the seller if they've tried to use it on a +16 or higher weapon. They may not tell you the truth, but doesn't hurt to ask.
Heavenly Enchant Weapon Scrolls: You can safely enchant a fighter weapon up to +12 with 100% success. You can safely enchant a mage weapon to +7 with 100% success. I thought they were going to change that with the new update, but I don't think they did.
Somebody's gotta win, somebody's gotta lose. Save yourself from buyer's remorse and accept that reality.
For every person that got crap from the event, there are others who got 7 signs talismans, level 5 jewels, etc. If everyone got the good stuff, they wouldn't offer them as a prize. There needs to be some risk, and some "fail". None of this is new. You knew what to expect. Either don't play, or maybe only play a smaller amount of your budget.
God, no, please don't extend Golden Compass. It's time for a new event.
I would say that even if I experienced some of the issues that the OP speaks about. It didn't happen to me, but in other events things didn't go right and we moved on. Just have to wait until next time.
When?

Einhasad Golden Coins (EGC) Shop -- This is something they should have given us a long time ago. But NCSoft wants people to buy ncoins for event items to then convert into adena so that they can buy many of the same items that you can buy more directly with Einhasad coins. NCSoft won't ever sell adena, but the Einhasad coins are the next best thing. For ~$34 USD you get 400 EGC. I don't know what the current NCoin to Adena conversion rate is, but I'm willing to bet my first born kid that it's way cheaper to buy a Red Cat 5 using Einhasad coins than it is to buy Ncoins and convert them into adena to buy a Red Cat at high market prices set by players.
