  1. Hey look, more nothing...... laughable...... and arguably the WORST publisher in the USA. No content, doesn't listen to ANYTHING players say.... just keep gouging for that money!!! Chooo choo here comes the NC Soft West lame train!
  2. A further caveat, we are charged for multiple prestige runes to denote seperate accounts and separate characters. If you are going to make decisions based on IP addresses, then it should follow we as customers should only pay for one Prestige and one Dynasty pack, and that should cover all characters played from a single IP address. If your decision holds true that items and restoration tokens are IP locked as all accounts played form the same IP are "the same", then the same should hold true for all items, runes and everything else extra we purchase while playing this game. Please kindly ensure that all future Prestige packs and Dynasty packs work for ALL accounts associated with the address for ALL players.. as that seems to be "fair" for you when you count restoration tokens, it should hold true for all accounts.
  3. My daughter and I play lineage 2 together. When she asked to restore a +7 Fallen Angels ring she was denied because we play from the same IP, even though the rules specifically state Each NCSOFT account is granted 3 Lineage II restoration tokens twice per calendar year (3 tokens on January 1st, and 3 tokens on July 1st). These tokens do not carry over. When you receive your new tokens, all unused tokens are removed from your account. Tokens can be used for any request falling into the below restoration categories. No where in any of the rules does it say the restoration tokens are locked to a specific IP. How does this work if you play in an internet cafe? or you have roomates or your family plays the same game? This is the rule set, and if the players broke the rules they would throw a fit, yet NC Soft West response was the following" NCSOFT Support Team reserves the right to deny a restoration/resealing/transfer request, even if the item was eligible to be restored/resealed/transferred in the past. So NC Soft West now can just decide to not adhere to their own rules and cost players real money... this isn't a "game" anymore where you just farm items, everything in the game costs REAL MONEY. I understand the need to prevent items from being manipulated like the Shilen 10 issue, but this is a new item, never restored on a seperate account, 100% within the rules documented by NC Soft. This is not ok.
  4. Any character or class is tanky with the right gear, that's not a good comparison. And no, ALL magic users are just walking nerf characters, including summoners that are beyond pathetic. Being "tanky" doesn't help with PVE, or farming or you know.. the other 90% of the game outside of swords siege. Should be able to play a class other than melee and be competitive at least. The issue is Mages don't have the same Skill Power OE that physical classes do, they bypass pdef, OR they get 20% skill power added to the skill. Mages are maxed out at +20 with %8.8 skill power as their "Big OE" is supposed to be skill crit rate at 20%. But when you cap an entire genre at 33%, then their skills that increase crit rate are useless, the OE is useless, the gear they have is useless. If Magic users had +400% to crit damage.. then yeah I could see a 33% crit cap, but every other class crits more, and crits harder.
  5. I tested M.Skill Crit rate on my Seer, which is SUPPOSED to have a HIGHER M.skill crit rate that other Magic user classes per the ingame description. I have included a screenshot of the the spreadsheet which shows a 32% crit rate without over enchanting the skill for crit rate. I then changed the skill to Savagery which is SUPPOSED to increase crit rate by 20%. As you can see.. it did not, the crit rate actually was nearly identical. I then used the skill wind storm eye, which SHOULD increase the M.Skill Crit rate by +100. As you can also see from the testing, it actually decreased. And to finish off the testing, I did one more batch of 100, same mob, same buffs, same OE skill for savagery +20% MSkill crit rate, and it actually declined to 24%. The M.Skill Crit rate for Seers is obviously NOT working as intended, the M.Skill crit rate in the stats section shows 550 which is a 55% base skill crit rate, Even with OE for savagery which should add 20% AND another +100 so M.Skill crit rate from the active skill, the M.Skill crit rate is STILL below 30%. With Savagery, my equipment and the active skill "Wind Storm Eye" I should have an M.Skill Crit rate of 76% when in skills (55% +20% of that (11% increase, +10% for the active skill) However, as you can plainly see after using a sample size of 400, that is not the case. Please investigate and correct this obvious imbalance as all magic users in the game suffer from the same imbalance. All Melee characters have a MUCH higher cap, have MUCH MUCH higher Hitpoints, and have MUCH higher pdef/mdef. The last patch was supposed to increase the mages crit rate, it is however still hovering at 30% WELL below the other classes. If Mages crit damage was significantly higher than other classes I could possibly see the lower crit rate, but mages damage is also severely lacking. This is a SUPER easy fix, it shouldn't take 4 years, or 6 mo. Simply increase the M.Skill crit rate to be on par with other classes. Attempts Rugular OE for Savagery +20% Skill Crit rate Wind Storm Eye +100 to Mskill Crit Rate Regular 10 1 4 3 1 10 4 2 5 2 10 3 1 4 3 10 4 6 1 2 10 4 1 2 1 10 2 4 1 3 10 3 3 2 1 10 3 2 3 4 10 5 4 4 3 10 3 4 3 4 100 32 31 28 24 115 %28.75

  7. Aaaaaaaaand the reasons you got passed over to publish Throne and Liberty just keeeeeep coming don't they? If this were a purchase and play game, no big deal things happen. If this were a subscription game, again, no big deal.. things happen. But when you require your player base to spend TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to play your game... you get ZERO room for error. If we paid as much for literally ANYTHING else the customer service would be AMAZING.. yours? Well your customer service isn't and now you cant even keep the servers we all pay for up and working. And make NO mistake.. WE PAY FOR THIS.. you don't.. so fix it, fix the skills, fix the classes, or just go back to pre P2W and give us our game back!
  8. Have the Devs fix skills while they're at it! Better yet, wipe the server and return us back to before yall went P2W!! Imagine... just being able to play the game, craft your gear and go back to a REAL player driven economy!! +1 for reset!!
  9. Chronos is currently getting SCREWED for oly... people play all month and now NC Soft West destroys all that hard work by allowing Nia to do Oly uncontested.. RAD @Hermes Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad.................
  10. Seriously? NCSoft West made an event and the entire event is based on who can spend the most money? I'd say something about how this is killing the game and they dotn care, but the moderators will perma ban me, because its what they do, ANYTHING negative? Ban, say something they don't like BAN, Oh? did you just suggest NCSoft west isn't God? BAN BAN BAN BAN. I'D LOVE to see how many people hate this game if it wasn't for the mods banning comments left and right, that's all the forums would be...
