When you make application, then they never tell you anything about application and its result, even if you pm them everyday, or even you send them a mail. I'm waiting approximately for 2 weeks, they said me they will give an answer. In my personal opinion, even if I got rejected I have right to know it. It's not so hard to pm/send mail in game.
