Let me tell you a story.

I have made 3 tickets to report a player that spams in shouts in Giran. He sells from Adena to whole characters to whatever you want If you have the money.

The first ticket was 15 days ago. They replied to me:

" Thank you for reporting this incident.

We understand that their behavior can be frustrating and we appreciate your patience, as these investigations take time. After we investigate the matter we will take appropriate action, based on our findings.

However, please understand that privacy concerns prevent us from discussing our methods or the results of our findings.

Thank you for your time and understanding. "

And they closed it.

After 1 week it happened to see him online spamming the same again.

I Submitted the second ticket with screenshots etc.

They replied to me:

"Hello,

Thank you for reporting these incidents. We have completed our investigation and have taken the necessary action. We appreciate your help as we are committed to improving your gameplay experience.

Thank you for helping us make Lineage 2 a better place!

Please let me know if you have any question or concern."

I've replied to them: " I hope you mean that you have banned them as necessary actions"

And they replied back to me:

"Don't worry, rest assured that we have taken the appropriate action. Unfortunately, please understand that privacy concerns prevent us from discussing our methods or the results of our findings.

Thank you for your time and understanding. "

Guess what fellows. 15 days have passed by submitting 3 tickets for the same person.

I saw him online today spamming the same things.

So, let's do a poll.

From 10 to 100% rate the effectiveness of Support Team and write your thoughts to this matter.

P.S We are not talking about bots on Gatekeepers who spam. We are talking for Real Players.

in teso the distribution model is different there bots pay money
and in l2 do not pay why keep them here?

You can't name your character with the same name even if the account who uses it is banned.

Banned means locked, Not deleted.
