WhatTheHell Posted March 20, 2018 Share Posted March 20, 2018 I had to make this new account because my main account was locked without reason other than "suspicious activity" & I'm being asked by someone in Support named Max to submit my credit card number,name, address, phone number, email address etc. (I am 100% live just using in-game macro that I have to push key every 3 casts the character makes on new mob) The day before I received an automated phone call with a computer voice regarding marketing info & when I Googled the number it comes up as it's from Russia. I'm concerned that someone at or working for NCSoft is doing something nefarious. Why would someone in Support need enough personal info that they could try to apply for a loan or new credit card in my name ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
