Unless you are big spender, don't expect anything, especially what you have just asked. Our team just runs a .exe file to patch, update and fix content. Their main job is to monitor forums and keep the power on the servers up. Maybe some in-game community control too. If you are a big spender, maybe you can ticket them and they will send you the items you need for a price.
