Daikon Posted May 15, 2018 Share Posted May 15, 2018 How far back does the logs go? @Neutron@Conguero I've requested a item restore about 1 and a half months after I lost, because I gave a small break, it and it was told me it was lost because they did not have log of it anymore. Was that because no effort was intended to restore it or really no log lasts that? How do youd deal with scam issues? If you dont reclaim instantly how long after can it be asked? I've come and go with this matter about 3 times with support, random names.. that I dont even know if are real people or bots, and same response. I even lost a lv1 char that holded a bunch of D,C,B,A grade gear of all kinds, ages and enchant during the last merge when I wasnt playing that I didnt even cared to ask for after that denial.
