It says it can be used in augmenting weapon but the GMs say it is used in augmenting accessories but they don't have a list of what items it can augment. Thanks, Anirac The item name obviously says ACCESSORY, so you enchant the normal R-R99 jewelry llike Eternal Rings etc.You can't augment any epics with it though.
