Yidao Posted December 16, 2017 Share Posted December 16, 2017 Hime once mentioned that Zendesk, the first line of defense against customer complaints, has some sort of emergency service on weekends. But if your issue is a complex one and needs to be escalated to a real NCsoft GM in Austin or Aliso Viejo, you probably won't get a reply before Monday noon USA time (on Monday mornings they have their weekly meeting and don't work).
