Thank you for info. I created ticket at Thursday, there was one answer yesterday. Anyway issue is not solved,

Hime once mentioned that Zendesk, the first line of defense against customer complaints, has some sort of emergency service on weekends. But if your issue is a complex one and needs to be escalated to a real NCsoft GM in Austin or Aliso Viejo, you probably won't get a reply before Monday noon USA time (on Monday mornings they have their weekly meeting and don't work).
