I stopped playing with a sylph 71 and created a tank I put the Deluxe pack on the tank and I wanted to know if you can pass the "NEWBIE GROWTH KIT LV.11" from Sylph to my tank please don't need to give complete it lvl 1, just wanted keep opening it in my new main character

most will recommend you start a new account - it's easy, just get another email address.

each new account currently gets the same full newbie quest and attendance benefits

that your sylph 71 had.  if you already bought L2coin for that sylph 71 account

those will not be transferrable to any new account you now make for your tank.

this is why most do not pay to play here, until they are certain on what class 

they are likely to play with longer term.

regarding tanks - be advised that SE's can NOT recharge/heal your MP on this server.

sorry, i just reread and noticed you bought the deluxe pack.

if i were you, i'd open a trouble ticket and request a transfer from one account to a new tank account.

(so you can get the full newbie quest and attendance benefits)

i don't know if they can do this, i just know it does not hurt to ask - for paying customers like you

   why give a package that doesn't even pass in the dimensional and block it

I put in a ticket for transferring the newbie to another character and they told me FU.  I deleted the old char and they said all they can do is reinstate the character I deleted.
