Add a "My Wardrobe" Feature

With being able to change appearance as well as having so many options in the game it would be great to have a "My Wardrobe" feature that works similar to "My Teleports"

Allow people to save  different looks to "My Wardrobe" with an NCoin "Outfit" item (similar to Appearance Stones in the store) that would save the look of the entire outfit.

Provide another NCoin item similar to the teleport scrolls that allows the user to change to the different saved outfits in their wardrobe.

Additionally, add the ability to appearance change your cloak, since there are tons of cloaks and vanity cloaks.
