Dragon Weapons in the next red libra confirmed?

A lot people based on the korea news tell that in the next red libra ncsoft will put also dragon weapons to be available in the npc to can change type like valakas bow to valakas cutter. Is that confirmed?  People sell like crazy the krisha weapons.. Should be take confirmed information about that.. I mean some people khow things before will start like before some years were specific people khew about the stone of destiny and the changes about the main class before the announcement.

1) Will our server be still alive by then?

as @Fell mentions: PS: Dragon Weapon Exchange / DK/OL as Dual have not been implemented (yet) anywhere.

it means we first gotta wait for Korea to get it and then add 4~6 Months before we will see it too if at all as that's going to be up to the Korean Export regions dev team who might decide it's not meant for us etc. like they did with the Dragon Cloaks
