You only ever "learn" level 1 as an Active skill Oracle Sight is A Passive which gives 2 effects: Main effect: P.Accuracy, M.Accuracy, Servitor's P.Accuracy +12 Bonus effect: if you use your Level 1 Revelation skill you will get the Level 2 effect It's more of a boost, than enchant or learning a new level. Do all Revelation skills get the boost? I thought that originally some Revelation skills didn't have a Lv 2 effect, maybe just passive ones... now there's just one passive left. Prevision For 15 sec., P. Evasion/ M. Evasion + 90, and Speed + 50. Disparition Cancels all your debuffs. For 5 seconds, you cannot be targeted. Savage For 60 sec., P. Atk. + 10%, M. Atk. + 20%, Atk. Spd., + 10%, and Casting Spd. + 10%. P. Def. / M. Def. - 10%. Duration: 60 sec. Undying Will When receiving damage while HP is below 30%, becomes invincible for 5 seconds. 1 time every 5 minutes only. Endurance For 5 sec., reflects 50% of received damage to attacker and recovers 460 HP every second. Earth Tremor Knocks Down nearby enemies for 3 sec. and decreases their P. Def./ M. Def. by 50%. I seem to agree with @SAXnVl0LlNS that originally there were 2-3 passive Revelation skills(which may not have a Level 2 effect) but after a few reworks they changed some and added Gravity Exile/Hurricane Shackle.
