Probably not a lot of people will play those hours. If you play on Giran (GMT+1) you will be playing from 2PM to 6PM server time. Still probably not prime time but there will be more people for sure. Giran server (GMT+1) - if you play 8:00 am - 18:00 pm (new york GMT-5), server time will be - 14:00-24:00 pm. Just add 6 hours to your location and you will know server time.
