Which Archer will be most beneficial for PVP, PVE, and Siege, Fortress, Raid Bosses.

My opinion is:

1. Ghost Sentinel

2. Moonlight Sentinel // Trickster 

3. Sagittarius 

But remember there is no such thing as "Stock" here, game depends on tons of expensive gear! 

It will be much better for you to get at least the base items needed for YUL to farm low tier zones and do simple daily instances. If you do that you can enjoy the game
