Why i should play with a spoil ? I think you have to divide those numbers like 4 or 5 times to get real %. Dwarfs will not be able to support an economy that requires the old amount of mats for recipes (400+ iron ore for simple nograde weapons, what a joke). Level your mains or supports in the mean time. I am just gathering recipes in the mean time even if they are hard to get. If they don't change anything than I wouldn't blame you for leaving the game.
