Error when trying to log in ACC

Hi there.

I'm writing here for a friend because he cant log in on official website or forum. In game everything is ok, he is able to play. The problem is when trying to access forum or website (as you can see on link below).

I tried to log in and some friends of us too.. Seems its is an account issue since nobody can log in this acc.

You may also want to try logging into our account management page first (https://login.ncsoft.com/login) and then load the forums once logged into that site (https://forums.lineage2.com/). If none of this helps, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support.

HAving the same issue, except when i contact support they tell me they not going to help GG only takes 72+ hours for a response too

Seems like a joke when you tell me to open a ticket by website.  Dont you read what is my problem?
