Well followed the steps and still leads me to the same page where i need to log in and it says my password & username does not match, which i know is not right cause its what i use to log into this site.
The beta codes need to be registered in a different site (only you know why, but it seems not efficient), and this new site does not recognize the regular NC accounts we use, so we cannot register them. It would be nice if before posting a promo you-d check everything works to prevent frustration from our customers. Kindly let us know how or when can we make use of this promotion?. Thanks
it is not cheap, a daily expense of this type on the long term becomes a heavy burden to many, having an alternative on the LCoin or Adena shop should be considered.
Please verify this issue that is recurring, when attacking core in the event raid, he spawns minions. Many times this causes the characters to stop hitting (even if the auto hunt is on).
To begin hitting again u need to press ctrl, (many times this does not work), if this does not work you need to SOE out and enter again or get killed. Since the minions spawn 3-4 times per raid having this issue multiple times is very frustrating'

Lags are back again and random disconnects as well, this started since the new event started but they are getting worst

-2 chars from the same ip cant enter the same room, so its not 1 and 3 alts vs 3 players

Good, to this is clear now, there was never an extension, the event was planned to last 5 weeks from the beginning, then all of those arguments about having already gotten a week extension are incorrect as the event was planned like that all along. Having said this and seeing that you are adamant about not granting an extension, can you at least consider a solution for the last item to be acquired on wed?.

The server launched on 08/11, so 5 weeks are due on 09/15. Then they announced that they would extend for 1 week moving the event ending to 09/22, but last week's maintenance notes said:
Meaning the event would end this wed 09/15 as it was originally scheduled, hence no extra week. So I'm pretty sure they are confused with their calendar, and since they did not bother to check, they are now potentially taking incorrect decisions based on poor communication. So long story short: All we're asking is that extra week that was promised OR at least to do something so we can complete the final attendance item on 09/15 BEFORE the maintenance that's all.
But so far, I fear our CM is annoyed by the topic, and instead of checking the calendar and issue a clarification it has been decided that making fun of the customers is a proper way of proceeding and that, to me at least, is offensive and poor customer service.

I agree on this, it is not fair that one server gets to pick their item that last day and the other one not. Either allow us to pick up 2x on Tuesday or delay the maintenance for Blackbird by 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Well a second week for a total of 2 would be ideal, not everyone jumped on the server on day 1 and some may have changed oppinion about their class, etc...
The real problem with Aden is expectations: On one hand, the expectation of becoming top player in the server while investing nothing, a completely free to play experience, like if NC was a non-profit organization. On the other hand NC expects pure profit, they want to milk the cow to the bones, no matter if this kills the cow.
Somehow there's got to be a medium, if a balance was struck where F2P players could truly play to a level where the game would be enjoyable or even if the investment needed was a reasonable to get an decent in-game living wage that would allow them to participate in all the game mechanics while still giving the P2P (pay to play - not pay to win) players a reasonable edge that would be perhaps NC's biggest win, and it can be done, not tampering with the in game mechanics but actually dealing with the in-game economy, some things that could be done: improve the adena/drops drop rates and create a less steep tier system, reduce some basic consumption item prices (soulshots, basic HP pots, spirit ore), start by doing that and then well see if more in depth actions are needed. I want L2 to live forever, 20 years from now I want to still be able to play it, make it so please.
I already have a Tiger, currently lvl 58, can't name it yet but my tiger in Chronos is named "Mango" so here this one will have the same name. If I could have a second pet I would like a Hawk very much but I'd rather have books instead Mango needs to evolve!.
@SunshineToday I received the mailing after hitting 76 in one of my characters and in the text it states: "...The Deluxe Launch Pack is full of in-game goodies to help you in your adventures, but like the baddies in the Ruins of Agony, it won’t be around forever. Purchase until August 25 when the Pack vanishes, to redeem a 30-day XP Rune, combat boosts, and more. The Deluxe Pack also includes the Wizard Hat, Ring of Cadmus, and Black Strider Mount exclusives!"
Of course the deluxe pack is not available anymore, nor I am asking to reinstate it, but since many of us have created alts after the deluxe pack went away, my question is when and what kind of pack will be implemented for new characters?, for example Innova has a €10.00 pack that contains +4 C armor set and +7 B weapon, this will be necessary for new players and new characters.

@Sunshine@Juji @Hime While we all understand that the priority needs to be stabilizing the servers, I believe we all agree some that sort of compensation for items, time and opportunities lost is in order. However, given that some events are due to end very soon, some immediate decisions are needed. Speciffically in what relates to the Why Burn Event, given that the chance to Xp was not equal to all the player base due to lag, random disconnects, innability to access, crashes, etc... a lot of people may have not had a chance to a fair competition, I would kindly ask you to consider extending this event for 1 week until the maintenance September 8th vs. the current ending date of september 1st.
The second consideration asked is one alredy being discussed, and this is extending the daily attendance event period also for at least 1 week, this would not only be a good way to be in good terms with the player base, but some newer players will have a chance to complete the schedule and get the benefits, this will create a sense of belonging and will help maintain a solid population in the server.
Kindly consider both petitions, they will be viewed by most (if not all) as a bona fide act, while the desired server stabilization and expected compensation arrives.

How hard is it to limit the number of clients to 5 instead of 10, how many "players" you want so see roaming around with names like test01, cyber6, cp9, etc... have u any idea of the inflation this is causing "in game" gloves used to cost 3 billion now cost 12, a breastplate used to cost 5 now they cost 30... this game is rigged, there are multiple expeding avenues soulshots, spirit ore (btw wtf with doing spirit ore imprinted, its a g'damm rock ffs). You have only one chance to take action and it is now.
Another day of terrible lags yesterday, the compensation better be something never seen before in the gaming industry because you are wasting our paid money... Ps. Today I woke up to find that the server is lagging...
So things are getting worst, not we're being kicked out of the server and cant log back in. There is no compensation possible when timed items are lost, hundreds if not thousands of potions of all kind are lost, and you are hosting a competition that is based on ranking but people cant connect with eqaual opportunity, unfortunatedly the more time it passes without this being solve, the more you a blowing your chance with this game. I have no idea what is preventing you from launching the third server and start an aggresive compensation / free transference program. While this will not solve the technical aspects of the problem, given the situation, all relief will be welcomed.
There is only one other instance that I remember being this bad in L2, maybe there were other but the one I remember all the way back when NC decided to launch C2, (I think it was C2), and they set up a Public Test Server on the same server as Bartz, with internet speed and computer processing power being what they were back then it was the worst, you were literally frozen in place and could not move, so this is the second worst. I do remember however that with the launch of Classic, the Talking Island server suffered not from lag issues but an excesively long queue to log in, sometimes 900 or more players which caused wait times of 45 minutes or even more. On top of some compensation (specially for wasted potions, time on timed objects, etc...) was to set up a free server transfer service to all who wanted to move to other services and a compensation pack. @Sunshineyou guys should start considering this ASAP.
