No i dont because melee classes need vamp rage but ugh nevermind I didn't off topic if you read the post, its a broken server in many ways PK system is just one of them.

Wouldn't made more sense to change Naia time to Chronos? YOU KNOW THE SERVER IS IN VIRGINIA
If euros wanted to play on a euro time server they have core this is a US company based in Texas, Cali and Washington and server is based in Virginia but we have Euro times how that make any sense what so ever?

Andouille difference you have the gear to xp at 117 most don't even have the gear to xp at 110 so getting their quicker just makes them quit quicker; their is a dirge of the gear you need to upgrade I still haven't fully bloody/dark my armor at 110 materials are so friggen overpriced no way to farm anything in game anymore, zero quests to get anything everything you pay overpriced from people who stockpiled stuff or box game lol

I called my carnage bow a tank killer back then nothing was worse than a DOT that cause HP drain through their PDEF that most healers were not set to cure during a siege. Help in parties not so much in solo since you one - two shot most things if you were hunting in the appropriate places. I skipped soul bow and went drac after carnage. I have clean one in my inventory as a part of personal collection but never used it.

What are you guys smoking? Seriously you want each player to be able to have their own party without anyone else? Are you forgetting MP of the MMORPG?

Its not realistic or make any sense when the bow bigger than the toon (dwarfs excluded) lol
Soul bow was actually hideous i thought; I stuck with my carnage bow for its speed and it crit bleed augment and OE to +12 back then which was rare lol

The sad thing is some the older players know what the GMs use to be like. I remember some HGM who would log in on the weekends to ban a game breaking exploits like the early on adena spam. They didn't wait till Monday morning, they were banned over the weekend, a server wide announcement went out anyone caught doing it would be banned without appeal and monday morning servers were brought down for an emergency maintenance. I do not see things ever going like that again the exploit would continue for a week until they get a patch lol

I wouldn't waste adena or books enchanting tornado or recoil shot, I can't remember when I have used either. Substitute in impact shot because it stuns and some accessories and later abilities in your ability point tree add damage to immobilized targets.
Other than that I pretty much agree with extase post. Secondary to skill damage I found weapon attribute is 2nd biggest thing to work on as they elemental level breaks that you need to make to keep your damage consistent use not be a huge factor but last 2 years of updates has changed that.

I got to 76 then pushed to 77 but I got over 10 skills I have no obtaining, my armor makes me look like a vagabond 1 piece this set 1 piece that set etc.
I played a deathknight, anytime someone tried to pk me even without my full skills they died except the deathknight pkers. So mostly got left alone, but it like playing l2 in reverser all the problems with live servers are magnified on that server and who thought it was a good idea classes with buffs couldnt buff people lol. Can somene explain to me why a Dark Elf Healer needs vamp rage for theirselves?
Horribley designed server and rule sets in many ways.

What about the Skull Cranium bow it was hard to get but looked amazing FYI I have every bow ever in the game r110 and bekow.

actually they reduce the xp needed to go from 100 to 110 by 35% about a year ago.
2 -3% a day isnt a lot? means a level a month.
What you want it to be? lol

This exploit is being used constantly by players running around lower zones. This is NOT PVP nor is it part of any Karma System. It's an exploit to circumvent the PK/Karma system. That system is designed to prevent abuse like this, but until it's fixed (if ever) it will just push players away from the game.
The game already suffers from a low population, being out dated by years, P2W, and plenty of other problems. This is just another burden to new players trying to salvage anything they can from this game that already has enough entry barriers.
It's an exploit players are abusing. Sadly the best recommendation anyone can give is go find another game.
Sigh I aoe without flagging you need to understand your class and skills better, lot of skills can flag you but if dont use them when your afk then you are fine, is it ideal and not xp fast no but its safer except from pk. I never been killed afk from flagging.

My warehouse space is completely maxed out and there is about 40 or 50 items i cannot do anything with. Playing the game 17 years junk piles up lol

I am the longest running leader in game so I guess i got that will be 17 years in April lol.
Many of those things I agree with, one thing I try to tell people L2 is marathon not a sprint, no one gets 110+ or 115+ overnight, no one gets +20 limited weapons or cursed dragon weapons over night. I guess you could but that is a bank breaker lol.
Even if we are afk farming sometimes we play other games together and bs on discord, even when we are not in game we bs on discord from work etc. If you want to last and enjoy the little things that the game does bring you have treat your clan like a family (most times its dysfunctional yes lol) but its the family you choose not the one you were given.

And no you cannot craft them you can get them for castilla daily and Field of Crysis but the toon bound or you can buy them from l2 store.

I am not sure but just creating a toon wasn't the min. requirement. I am not sure if it was min level or min amount time you had be logged in.
But if you just created a toon and didnt't level it why would you be rewarded as you did not help them test a BETA.
If you did all those things then email Play NC as NCSoft has no say in why or who gets that code. Two different producers; we get a code to use on NCSoft servers but PlayNC runs that server. GM/CM here cannot help you.
I and several my clannies got it; one similar to you that downloaded the game created a toon but never did anything didn't though.

new toons get a 7 day vit rune at 85.
Also you should have gotten 30 vit rune for your Yul especially if it is 110 or lower.
You can still get the vit rune till next wednesday I suggest you do. 30 day vit rune 1 to 108 should be easily double in 30 days and you should get to exalted 5 by the end of that 30 days.
Nevermind to claim your free exalted pack that give you upgraded exalted armor to help you level you can get that ticket till next week also.
There you go all your vit problems solved come talked to me on 12/11 and I am sure you will have different issues lol

you cannot ban VPNs because some people use them legitly and some have to use them to even run L2. 1 account per IP wont work either that makes family members cannot play together who live in the same house. Some you guys ideas make no sense.
Things they can do to fix the game is up the level and bring back the following:
LIvidior Antharas Baium Core Istina Tiat Baylok BelethZaken Spezion for epics their models are still in the game and upgrade them and upgrade their loot tables wont be rocket science.
Field raid bosses of a lower level that PZ people more than 5 levels above it stop farming of higher level players that is a debuff they have that they can easily turn back on.
There is no field raid bosses between level 104 -116. The bulk where the player base is.
Upgrade existing hunting zones that have gone fallow since their mobs have never been upgraded:
Cruma, Execution Grounds, Beehive, Gorgon Flower Garden, All of Aarcan areas, Giants Cave Forsaken Plains, Outlaw forest, Hot Springs, Forge of Gods, Monastery of Silence, Valley of Saints, Beast Farm, Forest of the Dead, Pagan's temple, Land of Sols, Raiders Crossroads, Crypts of Disgrace, Pavel Ruins, Arcahic Lab, Den of Evil, Frozen Lab, Mithril Mines I mean just name a few lol.
I am not even talking about reopening areas that don't have mobs, these mobs and areas are almost all still open and mobs are just causing strain on a server and not contributing to welfare of the game, so much room to upgrade things that can be upgraded with very little effort from a dev team.
Also you need to create an adena sink for top players only. Keep the adena cap but put in a buy shop that only uses adena in game for items and limit to a purchase limit a week or month and makes those item bound to the account that buys them so they cannot be resold. Things like Blood thristy weapon bloods, splendor gems, god bottles, dragon claws; add these things to game will add more those type items that can be crafted from it to rotation but also drain adena from the top players who have trillions in multiple warehouses. It deflate the economy as the money gets drained out of the system and give high end people something to actually spend adena on again. It would also limit it as how many each account can purchase a week and since they cannot be traded prevents abuse. So say it costs 50 billion per clan and you can only purchase 10 a week. You need 50 for the first level upgrade. So it would take 5 weeks min for you to buy enough claws to upgrade a dragon weapon. However this would drain 5 trillion adena from the economy.
It would have a trickle down effect as the top people would start buring 100's of billions of adena they farm a week; they would start selling stockpiles of items they have to get more adena to keep buying more items from the shops; middle class people would buy their items to upgrade their gear and start selling their old gear to the newer players; newer players will have gear outside exalted to upgrade to without getting discourage seeing r110 items for 300 - 400 billion adena they know they will never have.
BUT as people like me Hyperlite Degus and others have made several suggestions like this over last 2 years and they continue to ignore ideas that will benefits everyone. They made the Aden server pretty much killing the classic server and canablizing some of their money from Live servers. I tried aden got to 77 and pretty have quit since there is nothing to do I cannot even get majority of my skills unless I spend IRL money to even do an instance, I am not talking like a choice it honestly costs cash to even do some of the instances I mean who hell thought that was a good idea.

the top archer in our servers almost got Naia the win by contributing 10% of the total points for your server over 1.3 million. 2nd place to him only had 400k.

too farm effectively in PI need an aoe too like a dread, titan, maestro, nuker, or archer. Death knights are starting to be a great aoe toon there too at 110 but are always in a danger of flagging since their aoes are non targeted. I mean even without recharges stones a mke a few billion a week there but i do not have top gear either.
