1. No vamp rage self buff on melee toons but you have it on range toons please fix that has to be a mistake.
2. I got skills that cost million + adena im Level 63 currently have all these skills I have no way of learning:
Expand Inventory - Earned at level 1 - Dont get ticket till level 88
Drain Magic Energy - Mana Vamp (Needed) - Earned at level 40 - Need Spellbook
Death Guard - Shield - Earned at level 40 - Need Spellbook
Divine Inspiration - Extra buff slot (eh) at level 52 - Need ticket
Bone Prison - Pvp Skill (eh) - Earned at 55 - Need Spellbook
Call of Lighting - (DK bread and butter skill) - Earned at 60 - Need 3 magic tablets

I mean why even unlock skills we have no way of learning till 75+? This is just a stupid concept that frustrates people. Nevermind I have to hunt below my level because I got a bgrade sword, c grade armour and NG jewels (except my ring and Valakahas necklace)
Seems like the concept was good but wasnt well thought out.

Well, as you can see inside L2store, mermaid chest , suspicous safe, and all stupid chest given from L2store or Lara gift event...all turns out all drops are super shit....no matter how good Ncsoft and GM hime is promoting those stuffs.. the percentage is like 1% or nearly none..
Look at our server, look at all players, Why dragon weapon so less? and drop rates, enchanting rates all turn into shit..because they gave us all shit and bloody hard games.....and GM never ever roam to all servers and see what is happening..
And again,
Server is Dying soon, players gone so less, and Aden patch? is super shit..Classic style , i wont even thinking of playing those servers because Live server is all shit..
To Ncsoft,
Forgive me if i am saying this , but this is the truth that i gained in this Live server game, you see yourself most player are doing the same damn thing asking or shouting to buy blood or dragon weapon...and doing it for 2 or 3 months and above..but nearly none of people selling it because NCSOFT failed to supply those items...
Opinion as a player,
We players are done so much far investing a lot money , but you dont even satified us and Since greedy chest gone, all drops are gone, you asking us to quit this game..is that what you want? NCSOFT? NChime?
So far only red libra event gives something to satisfied us, but other than that we searched, we investing , all gives us so shit..if Ncsoft still dont want launching good events and good drops and good enchanting rates..nobody will play this game..i tell u..again..this 17th year will die again..
now is Covid-19 diseases everywhere, and yet ncsoft still doing the worst...giving hard times, bad events , bad drops...everything turn up so badly that this game will comes to end soon...well congratulations!!
Your killing way to slow. If your not one hitting mobs at 110 as a dagger then your not killing quick enough.
I get 70 - 100 boxes an hour at FoC
I get 6 - 14 scrolls an hour at PI
Storm Isle I get 150 - 200 mil adena an hour. (Seriously 4 million? that is 40 mobs in an hour)

I doubt the issue is legal. The issue is , I think, they are afraid if everyone can get what they want when they want it, then the last few thousand playing on the servers will quit, because if you remove the item acquisition part of the game, what's left? Endlessly wacking mobs afk for years to get 120? And even if you do, what content do you have to look forward to at 120?. So they stick with gamble model, that keeps supply minimal and addicted players gambling.

Here is why I think we are not getting the store because once they put a real value on items in terms of real money then the rules of the games change legally in the US. The virtual items no longer are solely the property of NCSoft because there is not an extrinsic real value that NCSoft gave them and over a certain amounts the fair use and ownership of electronic media falls into place. Not sure what it is on a federal level off the top of my head but this would trigger and then banning accounts with these items becomes a legal issue and not just a gameplay issue anymore.
IE I buy a CD on Itunes they cannot close my account without refunding me the money for use of that CD. Just as a quick stuipd example.

See that is where you are wrong. Dragon weapons are far far cheaper in other regions because the items used to create them were release to the public widely as we saw by accident during the one event in June that gave us another regions rewards that would allowed more people to have dragon weapons in turn dropping the price one significantly from trillions to at least billions.
Same thing is the current issue with armors there is no way to get the bloody or dark stones needed for to upgrade nevermind the insane amount of r gems needed also.

Yea I even gave them a way to do the new dragons. One to favor Shillien and one to favor her father Einshaed (sp?)
Make them sort of faction based but for extra rewards but still can kill both. Reinvent the Gludin region to pay homage to Shillien, and Oren region to pay homage to Einshaed. You have to defeat respective dragon to be able to challenge the god's themselves. (like a proof of blood or something that everyone who is in the raid gets for successfully killing the dragon)
Could call the update the Rise and Fall of Gods and Dragons. Let me see my whole post about that.

I do not trust that site I look through the analytics and it does not make sense, there are games on that list that been shut down with 100K+ people. If those are worldwide numbers that include illegal servers than we have more than 10k active in NA from our 4 servers of actual login accounts not really sure where they pull this data from. Worldwide L2 is easily above 100k.

Looking for Dark or Bloody stones for armor or weapons good luck none exist no event has had them this year yet and none drop or exchange anywhere.... Kind makes you think do they understand the game mechanics?

They obviously show they never played the game since there is little chance to bless any of r99 gear unless they change blessed to an enchanted mechanic like r110 most of r99 is just crystals for crushing.

5. R99 armor & weapons added to drop list
Guys the game is supposed to be R110 armor & R110 weapons. Any Blessed Exalted armor+10 is more worthy than going to enchant an R99+10 armor taken in consideration that enchanting a new R99 to +10 is costing an arm considering the enchant success. The prices of R99+10 went down the cliff since the Blessed Exalted set.
6. Blood-red Soul Bead, still have 5k + of those and never used them. Maybe for another pay event or Collection filler?
7. I agree with @Slycutter that most items in the pay event are totally outdated with current game situation.
8. You are recently pushing a lot of pay event as click-bait with really bad rewards. Wondering why.. Put a shop, where people buy lvl1 God Jewels & Dragon Claw or Zariche/Akamanah Bloods and see your sales then.
9. I'll keep supporting the game with my monthly money, but it won't be spending the same amount as before, since we also get less rewards from boxes.
10. +8 Angel’s Ring Box gives Angel Ring+8, but +8 Angel's Earring Box gives +8 Fallen Angel's Earring AND +8 Angel's Necklace Box gives +8 Fallen Angel's. @Juji @Hime Is there a description error? Should they all be Fallen or simple Angel?

6. Its is actually good collection item but you have to level them up if you level all the beads up for the collections (2 of them) You need 1 Lvl 3 1 lvl 5 2 lvl 8 1 lvl9 and 1 lvl 10. I got everything but 1 level 9 and 1 level 10. When complete gives a total of +4.4% across the board damage pve/pvp.

Not spending money on that box. Cheapest rate for boxes is what 80 NC Coins each. Which is the price for level 1 jewel in NCStore. So basically its $1.00 US Dollar per crate.
First 15 obviously no one is going to get and Lindvior earring is still considered a top jewel to you guys? Above a dragon claw? ok... moving on. Next 20 maybe here or there but the fact you think brooch level 5 jewel is still a top item makes me believe you guys have never played this game 1 time.
Below that you start with items people will get, Royal save, Insanity Talismans, Seven signs. After almost a decade in game venir 18 is still a box item? That is a problem no? 100 EOD pack yea very not needed, Forgotten spellbook 1 considering most decent players already have maxed out to level 10 at least so you need to open 25 of those chests to just upgrade 1 skill from 10 to 11 if your lucky to get 25 so 2000 NCCoins for 1 skill, where you can buy level 1 forgotten books for the NC Store for 160 NC Coin each at least you know getting a least 1 book and maybe get a level 2 or 3 jackpot.
My favorite item in the list is a single splendor fragment. When there is no other way to get them besides events and you need 2000 to upgrade to level 4 at 33% chance that means you need at least 2000 chests to upgrade it... are we seeing how bad that it is? Should be a box with at least 50 - 100 fragments in it at minimum, or make it at least 60 so people can least get a level 2 wings of splendor.
Anyone who spends money on this box event after they look at your prizes is just chasing fools gold your prizes do not even make sense.
You know the server is starving for enchanted amour r110 bloody and dark stones are completely gone, and +8 or better enchanted amour, also have to element which costs a fortune but you know I do not see any of those items in these event chests.
Level 1 jewels be in boxes of 50 each too after being game almost a decade. Level 5 should be a low end item. Artifact fragments is another you need 30 at a chance of fragment or 300 for 100% chance but neither in the list moot point, Cloaks are a joke they kind of even disappeared from the marketplace at 500 billion for a cloak now kind of hand with prices in the market.

I have given them easy to implement solutions to the game that might not even require coding changes just ticking different switches as we have seen by their missteps we know its possible. I no longer play this game for the game i play it to hang out with my friends in place where yes I spend some money im not in the 1k a month club but i do spend some as my hobby. I don't go to bar etc much anymore things like that this is a hobby where I bs with my friends and have fun as a group sometimes running l2 in background as play other games.
Can we all just accept the fact its completely clear no matter how much NCSoft thinks are suggestions are great and easy implement they are not allowed for whatever reason? Nothing we do or say will change and one day the lights we go out here just like they did with Ulitma, Everqquest Star Wars Galazies, City of Heros, and Lineage 1. Sun will set one day and everyone will move on.

I hit 112 and you know what changed from 111 to 112 for my toon absolutely nothing because even white mobs still kick my butt because I cannot get a better cloak, better broach jewels, or upgrade to r110 armor i can kill the mobs but my elements are not high to sustain xping in these areas. Mind you I was exping no issues in IoP at 109 now at 112 im dead by one bad crit.... No problem with this? 111 zone that was farmable in December at 109 isn't even farmable now at 112.
