did u log a ticket with support as over 50% of the ppl who got had to do so as from what I saw the whole claim process was buggy as heck.. besides the obvious flaw of course that only a few countries were allowed to participate to begin with which ain't cool at all

cause of him they capped xp at 125 100% lol

how many players have +8 or +10 R110 armor sets ? majority 115+ don't have such
how many players have decent augment on their weapons ? or any item type that can be augmented ? augment stone prices are crazy
bloody & dark armor stone prices are still nuts and those are sorely needed to be able to enjoy the basic game
can list many more basic items that are in terrible supply / prices but let's talk more about end game items that only are relevant for the top 5% players of the servers
mind you I love to see end game items cheaper too as that's actually my tier bucket after all but when there's still so much wrong at the basic game level that's really just not the place to start fixing things

worth noting here is in Korea there's no such thing as Brooch BR, they do not have that and we get these events from Korea so obviously they didn't bother to change their Korean settings for ours over a free event 30 day version

name 1 example in where that ever really went to Korea and resulted in an actual change in say the last 15 years ? yeah no so just leave that part out, thx.

Hi @Juji @Hime @Sunshine, seeing what will be deleted this maintenance abit to late I submitted a support ticket right after this maintenance post was published but so far no reaction (8hours ago) ? Would be nice if I can get an answer on that before the actual maintenance, support ticket #23798060 .

also tell your marketing team to fix their mailing lists to not send access codes to players in European countries you guys put on block from participation
received one of those on all my accounts which is cool up to the point one tries to actually register and then get ignored with no explanation what so ever
bottom line here, is that promotional give away vitality rune code really worth peeving off half your European player base and potentially loosing players over ?

full disclosure as this treatment of your loyal long term customer base I have to say for me personally it has been enough so your answer matters quite a bit in what's next, for now I've stop spending and xp in this game and next stop is quit logging in all together.
will decide that in January after my holiday break, I won't be home or near a pc so don't bother try to assuage the situation with some Christmas event as I will not be around.

I really don't get NCWest logic here, put sales of NCoins but do not offer anything worthwhile to buy with said coins..
@Juji @Hime @Sunshine plz pass on to your product marketing team or w/e to think such through a bit better like when having NCoin sales add stuff everyone wants like decently priced forgotten spellbooks for 50% off aka 80 Ncoins each etc
The Night market & Black Friday coins stuff were all way overpriced (except normal & chapter 1 superior codexs) and not realistic to current ingame market prices
but feel free to ignore this as Steam thanks you as the money will go instead to them, at least they know how to give good value deals

L2 is not supported for Win11 so don't expect miracles here

not true as I know of several ppl who petition that part and gotten the rune from support but those were all from countries that were on the list.. so yeah..
huge fail and tbh just making me not feel like bothering so much with this game anymore, to much of those randomness bs lately
NC managed to transform this game we used to love from a game to an online casino with loot boxes and even craft for low chance rewards and guess what if I wanted to gamble I would go to a real casino
@Juji why don't you give us more reasons to actually log and play hmm ? hope NCWest realizes this is all a one trick pony affair and nobody will fall for stuff like cake sales etc ever again if there's no xp server events to go with such - also don't think doing such during X-mas counts for much when most ppl are then travelling and/or away with loved ones and do not play games cause ya know real life matters!

@Juji @Hime @Sunshine can someone from NCWest staff explain to me why I received emails with codes to Lineage2M for their Beta but then get blocked on my country (Netherlands) which is part of Europe while for example Germany (a neighbor country) get to claim a 30 days Vitality rune ? How is that even remotely fair ?
Please update to your support that people who received L2M code to be allowed to also claim the 30 days Vitality rune like everyone else, that would be much appreciated.

you get them as box version so I do think they're tradeable but again why would ya ? just shelf out alil more adena and get advanced versions ingame which are actually worth having
keep in mind in Korea they're all using the 10 day super combined version (Kara talisman in crafting system with 50% success rate) of those as they have so many of advanced ones that the Kara's are main stream
actually, could be wrong but I think the advanced ones are perma in their Einhassad store so yeah Kara's becomes the default then
