DC Event 2019!!

I am seriously getting sick of logging in after 10+ disconnects a day. 2 players in the house, each of us log 1 main and our 2 box toons, so 3 toons per PC. Yet neither of us can stay connected for more than a few minutes. And before you go blaming our ISP we changed providers TODAY. Different modem, and different router. We ONLY have connection issues with L2. Of course I have messaged NC Soft a dozen times with zero replies. We must be logged in to get a chance at rewards for this lame excuse for an anniversary event, yet we cant stay connected. @Juji

What is the issue? This has been happening for weeks now. You finally fix the SS bug, then people can't stay connected. I am not the only one having this issue. If it isn't disconnected entirely it is severe lag. Sorry, but with 450MB internet connection that isn't the issue. It is most definitely NC side.

Can you please fix the disconnect issues? Your 15th Anniversary Disconnect Event sucks.

I agree that DC is rly annoying, im also playing 3clients per pc and logging all them is a pain.. I cannot wait for Lineage 2 Aden (korean) to come to ncwest, finally game version where you can play only in 1 window, Im sick of playing in multiple windows but it is only way to progress if you are casual player

As you can see, they don’t bother replying. I have done 3+ days of tests for them on trouble ticket. I’ve noticed that I disconnect at :45 in intervals. For example 14:45, 20:45, 02:45 etc. They don’t care that we can’t win at the draws. They don’t want us to win anything for free. They want our money. That’s it. I cancelled my prestige pack on all the accounts I had them on. The game is unplayable at this point. I disconnect sitting in town, or selling, or even playing live. But it’s always been at :45 part of the hour. They want to blame us because they’re too stubborn to admit any fault in their servers, or dev team. The last several anniversary events have been beyond lame. Here’s an event you need to stay connected for a CHANCE, but they decided to disconnect us, so we lose that chance. Funny how no responses from any GMs, or admins. What do y’all have to say??

Well maybe for you is a different problem but i had same issues long time ago and i resolve it just connecting my 2 pc's directly from cable, not use wire-less, for me work perfectly until now

I never connect using wireless with any of my computers. I use CAT6e cables. I’ve exchanged about 30 emails with “support” and they keep insisting it’s on my end. Sorry, check your server logs. Look at the amount of connections lost at :45 of each hour. Perhaps there are more people disconnecting, but they haven’t done a trouble ticket. I have lived in the same place for over 5 years. I e never had a disconnect problem until they “fixed” the soulshot lag. After that update I’ve been disconnecting pretty regularly. It’s a software issue, or something to do with NCWest servers. Customer service is nonexistent, and their support team is a joke. I build computers, and custom networks for a living. If it were on my end I would’ve fixed it by now. But they’ll never admit fault. They won’t even read, or reply on forums.
