FLASH7776 Posted January 9, 2020 Share Posted January 9, 2020 Is it just me or has anyone else notice that the game has had a massive lag issue this evening? Started out ok but at around 7:30 p.m. EDT it started lagging so bad that I had to quit playing and almost 2 hours later it's still no better!! Been lvling my Iss at Bloody Swamp and I'd watch my toon and everything around him stop for 30+ seconds and then it would all catch up and my xp bar would increase then stop again with LAG... rinse and repeat. mirciro Posted January 10, 2020 Share Posted January 10, 2020 While the NC staff was away for holidays i had no disconnects or lag. Now that they are back, the disconnects are also back so my conclusion is simple: they are running queries in the production database. Dear NC West, when you have crappy harware, you do not do that! Durring maintnace you create a copy database and you use that for queries! Cmooon! And yes, I put in a support ticket and after submitting a DxDiag and WinMRT Report they said "sorry, we don't know when this issue will be resolved." I'm on wifi and never had this issue before.
