+8 Bloody R99 Set is better than the new +10 Blessed exalted.

For better gaming experience, suggest to save more adena to buy +10 R99 set instead.

 

This Blessed exalted armor set a good supplement for your box toons instead.

yeah I was looking at it, it is designed for Pro's box toons or non-Pro's "I don't want to be left behind" armor sets.  Overall, it's a great strategy by NCsoft to solve the Haves and Have Nots.  This bridge the gap of the 2 divide, does not affect in any way big money spenders and allows those who otherwise would never spend, still enjoy the game to some degree.  It's an excellent move by NC.  In the corporate world, Customer Retention Initiative?

Actually its worth the $ due to the other items you gain.. although maybe no need to +10 it
