There are not enough mobs on Blackbird

There are not enough mobs on Blackbird at 65-80 locations. Some zones are pure Arbalest farmer zones (like Silent Valley) where it is not possible to hit a mob at all for a melee or a slow caster (all healer classes pretty much). In all of those locations people with manners turned off simply ruin it for everybody else as well, because for the most part if you keep it on - you won't be able to get any/enough mobs, if you keep it off it becomes a lootless game, because nobody knows who gets the loot from the other 10 players who managed to use a skill on that mob.

Suggestions:

1) Free server transfers

2) Manners mode ON by default, or even better locked to ON for good for everybody. (There's no point to promote PvP due to kill stealers really... there's already enough of it of some brain dead ppl killing the whole zone of AFK folks, because there's simply no penalty for PK).

3) Increase mob spawn rate dramatically

P.S.: I don't also get a point in exp loss from PK - this is simply a victim blaming... you were afk - your loss. You penalize people for the gameplay mechanic you promote, counter-intuitive. This game is mostly PvE - nobody cares about PvP besides a few clans, which surprisingly... PK all AFK players they see 10-20 levels below them, constantly maintain red karma and cause all sorts of harassments you can think of.

Losing exp from PvP doesn't promote PvP either. Both of those things exist simply for exp recovery options for Lcoins. And I bet there are many other ways on how you can get the money from players and stop alienating the community with your PK system, which simply does not work properly in this version of the game.

There's so many zones they could open or simply expand, you don't need many, you don't need zones to 55+ what we have is enough but there is an xp range which is ridiculous and the frame moves along with the server's population level. Cruma used to be solitary, Lizardman's plains, TOI 1,2,3 and other mid level areas also used to be empty, now they became a free for all circus. Farmers do not farm Adena anymore cause its worthless, now they farm items so they overcrowd areas that are meant for players progressing. Server transfers may alleviate the issue if they are from Blackbird to Elcadia only.

Xp loss on pvp has been in game since it was in open beta 18 years ago.

There was no lcoin or ncoin stores back then. No microtransactions. It has been a part of L2 since L2 was a thing.

They could make it worse and let you drop items completely instead of just to a restore window when you die to mobs again , or when red drop items to other players again.

This is the easiest version of L2 there has been for retail yet.

I've played on Kain/NA since CBT.  I probably have a slight idea of what and how it was.

The karma and PvP system were entirely different, first of all. Second, the game and systems have changed completely, besides the decorations.

Limitless and zero penalty PK in a solo AFK game, causing items and exp loss for those poor souls is the worst idea ever. Some folks even call it PvP, although it is called griefing and harassment usually.

They could make it worse

Should we thank them for that? Do you enjoy eating needles as well?

in lineage you can't achieve anything fast without giving a little of violence.

there are not enough mobs? - you've already stated a good solution.

I have no doubt that there are people who enjoy doing that. However, you are wrong in your assumption that you have to suffer and find workarounds, instead of fixing the bad design. It is definitely possible to screw in the screw with a knife; chop a tree with a shovel; endlessly harass hundreds of players so your toon could kill a couple of mobs.  This is not a solution though, hope you get the point.
