Aden Server Maintenance: November 3, 2021

Greetings Adventurers!

Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 4 a.m. PDT /  6 a.m. CDT / 7 a.m. EDT / 12 p.m. GMT+1 and will be unavailable for approximately 3 hours 30 minutes.

With this maintenance:

• The Halloween Festival event will continue for 2 weeks!
• The Berserker Box on the L2 Store will be available for 1 week.
• Prepare for Battle and Lords of Aden event will continue for 1 weeks.
• The Orc Fortress Compensation will no longer be available on the L2 Store.
• Fixed an issue where Agathions would become unequipped upon moving to World Olympiad, Antharas’ Lair, or Forgotten Primeval Garden.

@Hime, you locked the 10k-l2 giveaway forum on the  october 29, and @Sunshine said that the winners would be announced on that same day. But WHERE? 

Could you please tell me where did NCSoft posted the winners of the giveaway? Because Id didn't found on the forum itself.

The winners will be selected and announced on Friday, October 29 and we will apply the code to the account tied to their forum name no later than Monday, November 1.

Can we see where is the 10k winner is because for the moment it seems to be a fake forum contest to simulate the life community ... (beside admins removing posts where we show how many bots there is on the servers so new players can spend more here)

Thanks for that. Was going to post exactly the same thing.

Poor practice not adhering to dates for competition giveaways.

Not even a simple line by admin that the draw got delayed for whatever reason.

I work as a retail manager for the last 20+ years therefore have a vast customer service experience.

If I treated my customers same way as you treat your customers here on this forum I might as well close the door and turn the lights off...

I understand it is easy to hide behind the anonymity of internet and the fact this is not a two way communication process it is easy to ignore us, players.

You might be underpaid (or even work for free) but that is your choice. You have signed up to this role.

You are the face of NCSOFT here.

You just can NOT come up with big giveaway and then NOT announce winners or a reason why the prize draw has been delayed.

I really can't imagine any other business where you could ignore customers same as the online gaming community.

Maybe that's why you work here, because you don't care about players.

Shocking.

Appaling.

I have been playing online games for the 20+ years but would have to think long and hard about another game where the forums and communications to players have been managed so poorly.
