It is same crap , (my typo its belongs to nc soft not ncwest) they got updates from KR which are sent to both eu/na , so same Dev's controlling all regions and servers, and with holding a licence they just distribute game and they can't edit/change or do anything on they own will its against copyright rights which are reserved by ncsoft, core have part of the sales deducted by ncsoft its shown as they side income in Quarterly sales.
