Safe bet that DK is going to be an exclusive racial class, like Doms, Evis and Maestro. It's a feature of the game and the only way really to get big spenders to re-roll and continue to spend tons of ducats on this game.

Creating a new race -- typically OP or FOM -- is the main revenue rez skill that NCSoft uses on its macro.

it's part of the next red libra which will be in Autumn when they release the ShineMaster update and yes u can then also change to a shinemaster if u like female dwarf mages

These restrictions were removed in Korea 6+ months ago. You can now red libra to  all previously restricted classes, with the proviso that you character also changes race to the appropriate race for the class, maintaining your character's gender except for death knight, which turns you into a human male no matter what you used to be

In theory *if * they run redlibra with this update, we would have those options too. They said they would not run redlibra, cause the last one (the one that run with the belated birthday events) was too recent so you have to wait to the shinemaker update. When you will also be able to redlibra to a shinemaker (which will turn your character into a female dwarf mage)
