My payment even failed the first couple times because my bank's system was down, and had no issues. Just tried again the next day and no problem. One of our friends from Serbia got banned account (game and cant login website) instantly when he paid with his personal debit card. Asked a friend from US to check to see if he could login his account, now that friend got 2 semi-blocked accounts too (website, not game). I've heard of people getting banned due to their accounts being logged in from different parts of the world, due to account sharing being against the ToS. Maybe that's why?
