Brothers Bound in Chains Quest Bug

Hi all, I've purchased 5 Gemstone B (55k adena) after their update (12/12/18) in Talking Island Server and started killing mobs in Orc Barracks. I'm level 31 and the mobs are Yellow, Green, White and light Blue to me but I'm not getting any crumbs of penitance (0/50) after farming more than 3 hours! What's going on? Any one having similar problems?

What buff? There are no buffs to use but only summon the sin eater while you kill mobs. Have you even any clue?

After you summon sin eater, there is a skill that shows in your skills list. pop that and you get a 1 hour buff that allows you to collect as you kill.

after u summon the little devil use the 5 hours buff skill of it! ONLY THEN u take 1 quest item per 20-25 mobs
