Idc about swords. It takes dedication and a team effort. It's better than the old, boring sword system and whales deserve to get something out of their money too. If I'd want something changed is that I'd have the swords not get picked up by the auto pick up function.

As far as the fishing toons are concerned, it was common especially when fishing event was the hottest xp around for people to use programs to shave off a couple of seconds where the character normally waits between fishing sessions. Wouldn't put it past people to still be doing that especially on seemingly expendable toons. I also wouldn't put it past ncwest to have a faulty anti-cheat system. As a side note, I seem to have been spared. My storage toons are on the same account as my main and their levels range from 45-99. My shop toons and supports (both 105+) also seem fine.

Bought my greater aquamarine for about 12b. Right now in chronos' ah there's a lv5 for 20b and a greater for 50b. I've never even seen a greedy chest up close let alone get one, but I didn't mind their existance. As things usually happen around here the greedy chest system wasn't thought through before being implemented into the live servers but it wasn't all bad either. Brooch jewels are needlessly rare.

Does that mean we get to say racoon without getting half the word sensored now? Also, when are we getting an actual permanent solution to the lack of brooch jewels in the market?

I'm fine with the currect system. You can afk in peace without a string of bored stacked dudes coming over and clearing the entire zone every now and then. I wouldn't mind drops from pk either but I don't trust ncwest to make autohunt exploitproof and I would outright quit if they prioritized pk drops over safe autohunt. I'm not gonna grind the same mobs day in and day out for hours on end. Also, op mentions blazing swamp, enchanted valley, phantasmal and whatnot then talks about incentivising people to spend. Mentee alts aren't gonna spend my dude. As for Ketra/Varka/Sos, people die because they are too squishy or their tank dced, not because someone is running pk alts in those areas. Without any sort of pk penalty I'm sure it would start happening though. I'm here to make adena. That's my idea of fun in this game. I have no interest whatsoever in competing with other people's wallets. I already know the outcome. As for why most people pick yuls; it's because they think they'll be able to put out the same dps as the top yuls but in reality most end up being lvl110 and unable to do IT on their own in all their exalted glory.

Umm we've had pks with no penalty at all besides 1 mob's worth of karma for years. Everyone and their mother will pk you for shits and giggles and sooner or later you'll be back here complaining about xyz stacked toon logging in just to pk an entire zone and log out.

You can use /dwarvenmanufacture to set up a craft shop but your toon's luck makes no difference while crafting for others as a shop.

Well, duh. Still, used to be able to stay on Wednesday to Wednesday. It's been going downhill since the melee lag made its appearance. Haven't tried this TS thing, but I did catch the lags as they were happening this morning and I didn't get dc to the game that shall not be named, nor did I have any issues accessing major websites or l2's website for that matter. I'll keep an eye out tomorrow if I'm around.

I have the optical fiber to the wall and upgraded equipment. Every morning for the past few days around 10 am GMT +3 I get major lags and dcs. Checked the internet speed, it was fine. No dc on that other more popular game with orcs and high elves either. Yes, infrastructure and ISPs in Greece suck, but that ain't it in this case.

Greece is GMT +3 with daylight savings. Indeed around 10 am GMT +3 there are major lags and/or dcs on my end and judging by the world shouts such is the case for other EU based players as well.

Delays and disconnects on my end as well. I was freaking out thinking it was my internet but my download speed was sitting at 110+ mbps. Then I asked in my party and the mystery was solved.

1. Greece 2. No 3. Frequent delays when using items, opening boxes, buying items from NPCs, collecting clan quests/homunculus points. Melee lag is also back today. Yesterday (4/8/2021) I had no melee lag issues but I did have the afforementioned item delays. 4. It isn't specific to a town or instance. It happens everywhere, even in less crowded places.
