    Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 4 a.m. PDT /  6 a.m. CDT / 7 a.m. EDT / 1 p.m. GMT+2 and will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours 45 minutes.

    With this maintenance:

    • Orc Fortress content update will go live!
      • Orc Fortress Siege
      • 3v3 World Olympiad (Cross-Server)
      • Forgotten Primeval Garden World Hunting Zone (Cross-Server)
      • Sanctum of Spirits (Clan Raid)
    • Store Update
      • Celebration Kits have been added to the L2 Store for two weeks!
      • Aden Talisman Enchant Package and Forgotten Primeval Garden Recharge Stone have been permanently added to L2 Store.
    • Devianne’s Challenge Event will start for three weeks! (More Info Here)
    • The Bandit Stronghold Clan Raid event will continue for one week!
      • The free Clan Raid Preparation Kit coupon code will expire next week on 9/17.
      • The Special HP Recovery Potion (Time-limited) will be deleted on 9/15!
    • Why Burn rankings event rewards will be distributed! Please check your character warehouse for your rewards!
    • Attendance checklist event will continue for one week!
    • Reinforcement Kit II will no longer be available in the L2 Store!
    • The Newbie Growth Kit and Aden Welcome Kit will be removed from the L2 Store next week on 9/15.

    Lineage II, Lineage II Classic, and Lineage Aden are only available to North America, South America, and Oceania. Please be sure you're connected to the correct region.

    Could you inform what is happening?

    (*)one of those characters was the leader of a clan, so we cannot remove the items stored in the clan ware ...

    In case you miss it in the other Lineage II forums,  it's recommended that you put in a Customer Support ticket. If you can't reach Support through the normal process through your Account Management page, you'll have to email them directly at support@lineage2.com. Give them as much details as you can, and they should be able to guide you.

  5. Since we're not longer seeing reports of any issues with latency or server crashes, and compensation for the extensive issues experienced on Blackbird was delivered with the September 1 maintenance, I'm closing this thread now. 

    Please feel free to report any further issues with lag/latency/crashes in a new thread.

    Unfortunately, since we don't have access to your account from here, you'll have to put in a Customer Support ticket. If you can't reach Support through the normal process through your Account Management page, you'll have to email them directly at support@lineage2.com. Give them as much details as you can, and they should be able to guide you.

    So I placed a ticket into customer support, reported that my character on Aden has been "temporary banned" randomly.  They confirmed this was a bug, but there is no "work around" for this bug, and I must just sit here and monitor the forums until a fix is made.  Additionally, I asked the GM if they could just move my main character's stuff on the account to a new character, or what else am I supposed to do when my main character is inaccessible.  After asking about compensation (I just wanted the daily claim item, so I could reach the full 30 day prize, since this bug is no fault of my own), but the GM basically responded that I'm an "idiot" for suggesting such, without actually using those words.

    With this maintenance:

     

    • The Bandit Stronghold Clan Raid event will start for two weeks!
      • Claim your FREE Clan Raid Preparation Kit coupon code before it expires on 9/17.
    • The Candy Hunt event will end!
      • All candy event related items and rewards will be deleted!
    • The Raid Master event will end!
    • Why Burn rankings event will end! The results will be announced next week and rewards will also be distributed on 9/8!
    • Attendance checklist event will continue for two weeks!
    • The Aden Deluxe Pack will be removed from the shop on September 2 at 8:00 AM PT.
    • Reinforcement Kit II will remain in the store for one week!
    • Fixed an issue that was causing the servers to crash.

    Confirming that any issue in collecting from the Dimensional Merchant is present due to weight and not having enough inventory space to claim the item. You can still collect but you'll have to store some stuff in your warehouse first.

    It was not a lie, and our priority is ensuring that all the servers are operating as intended before compensation is given.

    Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Friday, August 27, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. PDT /  3:30 p.m. CDT / 4:30 p.m. EDT / 10:30 p.m. GMT+2.

    There will be no downtime for this maintenance but players will need to update their client.

    With this maintenance:

    • Adding a timer to kick AFK players who have been dead for 60 minutes
      • Players will receive a standard disconnection message after they have been dead for 60 minutes

    It got removed because you're talking about account issues which need to be escalated to Customer Support, and they can explain why your account(s), in particular, are being locked. I'm locking this thread now as a reminder to continue to follow the forums Code of Conduct.

    Extending the Attendance Event is currently being considered. We'll update you when we have more information about it.

    The issues we're seeing continue to persist. We intend to compensate, but until the issue is fully resolved we're on hold for the compensation package.
