    Very well said. As much as the Devs (and mostly me) would love to snap our fingers and instantly know what needs to be fixed, that's not always the case with servers. Sometimes you fix one thing, and then bring the server back only to see that it broke a few other things. I know that the team is working hard to find the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

So tell me @Sunshineis the customer service team ready to help us with bugs are lost items due to the lag or they are basically ready to let us wait and not even bothering to check logs (limiting the "service" to checking my inventory) amd deciding I was lying?.  My ticket is #23747758  

    I am still waiting after 8 hours... awesome servide.

    I'll escalate this up to CS, but you can also appeal if you so wish. I'll change the title of the thread since it gives a false impression.

    • Item Usage (Opening or clicking on items in inventory)
    • Auto-HP Potion Usage
    • Special Crafting Items
    • Opening Mail Box
    • Enchanting Items
    • Retrieving Items from Warehouse

    Our team remains on top of the issue, actively working with the Devs to resolve the issue. Still, you may continue to experience some or all of the issues above until this issue is fully resolved, at which time we'll discuss any compensation.

    While we wait for more word, the best I can tell you is to reach out to Customer Support to see if they can refund you for any timed items that you purchased from the L2 Store.

    I had around 200-220 Sayha potions before last unwaited restart, after that I put my char on AFK farm in Silent Valley - because I could not choose any other location ( server is lagging, potions not working, char dying ). After ~2h I woke up and I see that my char is still alive, but 200+ sayha potions are GONE TO NOWHERE. The potions, that I am buying everyday for N-coins 120x3 - each day.

    Fix the server finally and I am waiting for my SAYHA 200+ back to my character - WhiteLion and apologize gift - would be much appreciated if you want player with payment to stay on your server and support it.

    We're still seeing lag issues on the Blackbird server if you're on that one. We're still investigating and will update with more information when we have it.

    Just did Transcendent Dungeon Instance and ran out of mana in 3 min, and died from no mana and potion lag about a minute later.  I've never run out of MP in the instance before.  Did you nerf regen rates during the patch?  Or is it possible regen is lagging like potions is?

    If you're on Blackbird, there is noticeable lag that we are addressing now with a server restart. What you're noticing with potion regen lag could be associated. Let us know if it continues after Blackbird comes back online.

    Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 4 a.m. PDT /  6 a.m. CDT / 7 a.m. EDT / 1 p.m. GMT+2 and will be unavailable for approximately 3 hours 15 minutes.

    With this maintenance:

    • Candy Hunt event will start for two weeks!
      • Claim a free Sayha’s Spirit Kit in the L2 Store
    • The Raid Master event will continue for two weeks!
    •  Why Burn rankings event will continue two weeks!
    • Attendance checklist event will continue for four weeks!
    • The free Reinforcement Kit will be available in the L2 Store for one more week!
    • The Grace Potion  you receive from hunting monsters will be deleted as part of the weekly deletion for this item. Please use up any remaining potions before the maintenance begins.

    Thanks for letting us know. If you haven't put in a ticket, please do, and the more details the better--especially where you're at in the game (instance/zone/etc.) so that we can narrow it down.

    The disconnections happened on my laptop and I have since switched to my desktop. No reoccurance of the issue as of yet.

    Its unfortunate that you are not able to re-enter after being disconnected. Any chance you could request a fix @sunshine ?
