    We will be bringing Blackbird Server down for maintenance beginning  Friday, August 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. PDT /  1:00 p.m. CDT / 2:00 p.m. EDT / 8:00 p.m. GMT+2 and it will be unavailable for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes

    Logins for Elcadia Server will be brought down halfway through this maintenance for further testing.

    Thanks @WhiteLion, we appreciate the appreciation. As far as I'm aware, CS is still working on tickets since they have received an increases volume. If you don't hear from them in another 24 hours, you can update your ticket.

    Logins for Elcadia will be down at the halfway point, for approximately an hour.

    Player concern has been escalated, but unfortunately limiting clients is not as easy as people think. Doing so would impact Classic as well. Also, keep in mind that the issue is isolated on Blackbird and is not impacting Elcadia.

    As I said in this post, we will be compensating once the issue is resolved. And when I know more, I'll outline those details in a new post.

    That is not QA team's job. Anyway, I replied but there is no further feedback. I advise you to drop your expectation :(

    It may not be their job, but your information is helpful to QA to test any issue.
