We just got Dev to add an exchange for the Real Attack Cookies, so you can turn in 100 and 1m Adena for a Vitality Tonic.
As for the latency issues, the Chronos server will have its hardware swapped out tomorrow with the maintenance.-

We are investigating the latency spikes with AWS and the Dev team. The issue appears to be only affecting the Chronos server, so please let me know if you are experiencing any of the following:
- Attack Speed Delay
- Skill Delay
- NPC Delay
- Movement Delay (Rubberbanding)

There is a Red Libra version for Aden.
All account services are currently restricted for now. We are in discussion with the Dev team on adding a few in the future like Name Change request.-

We are already aware of the issue since last week and the clan member bonus reset issue has already been reported to the Dev team for investigation.

Apologies, the time zone is 21:00 UTC for the Forgotten Primeval Garden since it is on the same type of cross-server as Olympiad.

It was the Sayha's Spirit Kit, which was part of the Candy Hunt event that ended last week.

Indeed, it has been fixed. We had a missing file on the network for the installer, which was the cause for these issues.

TLDR :
@Sunshine sorry to insist but i really would like to get some insights on how things will be done
The top 20 rankings list of clan members was pulled right when the maintenance started this week. Any member that joined the clan after the maintenance ended when the servers opened on 9/1 will not receive any rewards for the Why Burn event next week.
Also if you were part of a clan for these past 3 weeks and then left prior to 9/1, then you would not receive any rewards either as we only count the current roster of members.

The event timers will change after the maintenance and the actual Oriana's Lucky Draw UI will be unavailable at 6:30 AM Server Time on 10/13. The extension of the events will officially happen AFTER the maintenance has completed. Sorry for the confusion!
