The Aden Soul Crystals and Hardin Soul Crystals both have low drop chances on monsters in ToI, Dragon Valley, Antharas' Lair, and Imperial Tomb.
The Anakim and Lilith Raid have a 100% chance to drop the Hardin's Rune (previous Lilith/Anakim Runes).

There seems to be some confusion regarding the use of third party programs and what can/cannot be automated. Any gameplay functions that are not already automated through our auto-hunting or fishing systems are prohibited to be fully automated with third party software including keyboard macros.

Such prohibited third-party software, tools, or programs include those that alter Game-balance in favor of one player over another, automate actions within the Services, promote unattended gameplay, or have an adverse effect on other users of the Services. Prohibited third-party programs will be determined at our sole discretion. -

The Sealed Runes on the VIP exchange were removed because of the new soul crystal changes. I will check with the Dev team to see if it can be added back to the VIP Shop.

Turns out for some odd reason something about the skill was changed?
Dragged it in from my active skills and it now works >.< so for anyone else experiencing this issue you can fix it this way.We changed around the items in the backend, so this is not an issue and you just need to re-drag it back on the skillbar.

The Weapon Runes will be automatically replaced on 7/14 and you will get the same level of Rune that you have now (E.g. Sigel's Rune Lv. 7 will be changed to Aden's Rune Lv. 7 on 7/14) . You have 4 weeks to decide to upgrade any Runes in your inventory/warehouse. Note that extracting the Runes will also automatically convert them into the new version.

If you opened a Prestige Pack during the rollback period yesterday (6:00 AM PDT ~ 12:25 PM PDT), then please submit a support ticket to receive it again.

The current Mysterious Dragon Slayer Weapon enchant exchange is unavailable on the Luna NPC since it is still broken and we are waiting on the hotfix for the reward exchange now from the Dev team.

There were no changes to NPC data outside of what was communicated in the maintenance notes today. We will investigate.
