WTF was all that nonsense? I specifically stated in my first post: Not referring to random "summoners". Even though I have reported, to NCsoft multiple times, summoner parties in Aden cycling parties in & out of Kartia. Also that hero I witnessed was also witnessed by multiple others on separate occasions in various areas not close to the vicinity of my toon. This particular hero is a known botter. Every competent player on the server knows how he operates. It's not only my account of the incident that's driving my opinion. I didn't shout in world shout what I had witnessed. I saw others (plural) shout what they (plural) had seen him do on that day the exact thing I saw him do. This was when I connected the dots & concluded that he's using some sort of 3rd party program to constantly & repeatedly pull that off. All I was trying to do is, somehow, get you to explain how do you know for certain that this particular player isn't using a 3rd party program (which he is) to accomplish what we've seen him do. And if he's not using a 3rd party program to do what others & I saw him do, then how do you know for certain.

I learned programming in 2001. You're still not explaining how do you know.

I've been making target macros for years. I need you to explain how do you know that a bot program can't detect spawns seconds before it happens. You seemed so sure of yourself in your previous posts.

So you're telling me that it's pure luck to teleport to multiple chest spawns repeatedly with that kind of accuracy. Come on, man. Quit it. How do you know a bot program can't detect spawn?

Actually he came back with the proper expectations. OwnlyWon is basing his/her expectations on this game when it was fun, balanced & fair; there was a level playing field. A player couldn't blow a bunch of money to give himself/herself an huge advantage like it does today. Game content was expanded every few months before this P2W model came along. Starting over on a illegal server is probably the last thing OwnlyWon wants to do. Which is probably why OwnlyWon is posting this. This game used to be hardcore. Nothing like it is today. Starting over would mean it'll take OwnlyWon a year to even reach Lv.80 if he grinded for over 8 hours per day. Not to mention the amount of work it'll take to craft & farm his items. I could only imagine how long it took Ownlywon to acquire whatever he/she has on the current server. Time is valuable.

Classic server is nothing like pre-GoD Lineage 2.

I feel your pain. It's nothing like it used to be. There's no skill required anymore. Just throw a bunch of money at it & you're good to go now.

Was that for me? I don't think you understand what "bot" means. It's anyone who uses a 3rd party program or macro to automate gameplay. If the person is using a 3rd party program to detect the spawn of Greedy Treasure Chests, then yes, he's botting.

I don't understand why this issue isn't an easy fix. They can periodically log in to observe & see there is a bot issue. I've sent maybe hundreds of names, exact time of events & screen shots. I'm starting to believe that if the violators are big spenders, then they are protected. I've even caught a hero on Chronos teleport to an exact spot 3 seconds before a Greedy Treasure Chest spawns & others have witnessed this also on separate occasions that same day. In order to pull that off repeatedly would take some uncanny accuracy or extreme luck.

If that's the problem, then it should be an easy fix; Delete it.

You really have no idea of what your'e talking about. How can you have played Lineage 2 before 2003 beta? You're a liar because it's impossible. Playing for 6 to 12 hours once or twice a month doesn't make anyone a "no-lifer". There are 666 to 732 remaining total hours within a month to have a fulfilling life. Also I've probably had a more fulfilling life than yourself. Do you exercise or play recreational sports? Or will you lie to me again by saying you don't have a pot belly & unhealthy habbits.

I'm not concerned about how fast others gain their levels. I play games for my personal enjoyment: this includes strategy & gaming skill. Using macros while AFK is lazy & unskillful. You're dealing with an old-schooler here. We used to play for 6 to 12 hours straight (with our fingers) during the weekend. 6 hours during epic dragon raids & 12 hours because of the old birthday buff. So for a person like yourself to say to me that "after 2-3h will be tired" is laughable to someone like myself. To conduct your own behavior by following "99.99%" of others because they decide to jump off a cliff says everything about yourself. When I'm done, I courteously leave a hunting area so that my other fellow gamers can have a turn. I guess empathy & decency is a rarity now-a-days.

Actually, I've been playing this game since 2003 beta. And just to cure your curiosity, I'm not even close to 60 years old.
