The amount of RMT spam is getting really disgusting and to top it off my blocklist is full!
NCWest can you please increase it to 65535 because 512 is clearly not enough! -
Quite honestly eviscerators do not need any nerf, it was fine but it is going to be nerfed anyway.
The 5x damage with steel mind replaced with a 30% hit to hp with a certain chance and i fear it is going to really make it yet another sucky class not able to compete vs the AOE feoh/archer dmg...
If anything should be nerfed its feoh's and archers because when i run through zones you see feoh feoh feoh feoh archer archer archer archer archer and then... more feoh feoh feoh archer archer...
Rename the game to FeohArcherAge II please...-

Also, the levels thing is moot. You can level to 105 in a matter of hours. If you happen to be a big adena selling company, you probably already have a number of characters that are much higher level than that, because it's only at the higher levels that the adena drop amount makes it worthwhile to farm.
Having any options is better then having no options whatsoever and endure having to block 8x adena sell spam every day...
This is yet another annoyance we, the players, suffer from due to the lack of any meaningful actions from ncsoft. -
@Draecke I actually asked about the use of both those things you mentioned a few days ago (among other things) in a ticket.
Asked the question very clearly and this was what was answered about the use of a virtual machine / windows account:
It is not against the User Agreement to multibox the Lineage II game client. However, it is not something we officially support either, so any issues that arise from multiboxing the client, our Technical Support Team won't be able to assist with. The only concern with multiboxing is if third party software was used or any of the normal playing behavior is automated (Bot). This is a violation of the User Agreement and can lead to the account being closed.

Obviously there is always the chance the person replying this did not understand the entire thing but i kept it as simple as asking:
"Is it allowed to use a virtual machine/windows account to have more then 3 characters on a single computer" -
Better solution would be more control over who can PM.

This is still bugged, it's rather disturbing that a completely new feature that when it was implemented was working fine got bugged in such a short amount of time.

server stopped responding, mobs stay dead on ground, next target no longer works

Seems that the attack lag has been decreased quite significantly but now when you target mobs and try to move around there is quite some delay in there.
Hopefully they are aware of it and undergoing some last bit of fine-tuning to get it all sorted.
As for the xp setting combined with a event that makes people login more toons it might not have been the best idea or it was designed this way to make sure server would have much higher loads to get more data during peak loads so they can more easily see where the (remaining) problems are.
As long the characters are on macro it seems not too bad but for live play it does really suck so all we can do is hope they going to nail this last hickup as quickly as possible.
I do appreciate both the xp setting and the lara event, it's good to see something that is not shop only. -
and start fixing all those bleep bugs you keep introducing with weeks old features like that stupid support bar revering to 4th bar every freaking time!

eventually succeeded to login to the game but it is near to impossible to play with huge delays between chat and actions and very frequent disconnects.
also on website very hard to login, had to try 3 times because it keep giving errors and saying something about "error no blackbox" during the login process in the URL.
not sure whats going on but other services are looking fine, it's just lineage 2 north america. -
Sadly without a lot of work each time it is not possible.
I myself would really like this option too because different characters could have different configurations but at the same time then you can't have 1 dominant way of setting things up and would need to do it for every new character which could also be kinda annoying. -
You can have up to 3 per PC actually, so to answer your question yes, dual boxing is allowed.

I even came up with a name for it: Fix one, Fix them all! Februari Bugfix celebration.
Created 10 tickets so far with bugs that would be wonderful for this event to be fixed! In no specific order.

#23485793 Forced disconnect when trying to open items with multiple clicks at the whole hour when server is unresponsive
#23485791 Starting Lineage II launcher, the email input field does not have immediate focus (but while typing switches focus to another/next field)
#23485782 Consumables lost when using an item that gives other items or buffs on use (if you are stunned, feared or otherwise affected from performing character actions)
@community what are your 10 most hated bugs? Create a ticket for each one of them with clear information what happens (or doesn't happen) so they can track the issue and hopefully solve it! -
For 1 month take in all bugs reported and every week solve as many as possible specially the very long standing ones.

Again this login que bullshit, NCWEST you had 90 days before to fix it and now we half a year further and you still did not fix anything.
You are just terrible with your broken server that disconnect users when you click to open a chest on the whole hour when your stupid server is dieing from w/e it does on the whole hour... -
NCWest fix your server faster you had 90 days the last time and once again we are here...
I login 5 minutes before the whole hour waiting in your stupid que, on the exact whole hour i tried to open a chest it didn't do anything so i clicked it again and i get disconnected with in the background a "system error" message.
Now i have to wait in a query again so ffs fix it NCWEST you had MORE THEN HALF A YEAR! -

And to make things worse when the lag is most noticeable skills also do not work with just 1 click most of the time.
Click a skill doesn't work even after waiting a bit, then try click for a 2nd time again nothing, impatiently spam it and after a couple seconds it finally goes up.
@Juji@Hime this is really bad, feels even worse then before the upgrade with more and more things breaking along the way.
It was even more terrible at the weekend when everything was slowed down to a crawl and i noticed a reduction of over 75% of the xp i can normally get in timed zones and in field. -
Yeah i take back what i said, it seems it has not improved over last week even one bit now.
My melee character has a delay of 1 second per hit so it is 1 hit, wait 1 second, 1 hit slow motion.
When i look at total xp gain i see a reduction of about 50% now, not to mention skills are all but responsive.
I click on a skill nothing happens, i click it again nothing happens at all for several seconds waiting patiently.
When i spam click skills they actually do go up after 1-2 seconds, when i use skills in a toggle macro they do go up immediately as "normal" so i do not know why manual play is this broken right now.
I hear also variations of problems: people who can't login at all or after 10-20 minutes of trying with many different launcher errors.
Many in clan and ally complaining things take 4-5x longer solely because of the hit lag.
At times it feels like my character has disconnected but then it suddenly start to hit again so at least not disconnected but not very effective either.-

Still experience some issues like shots not always working, attacks being somewhat slower.
Was not as bad as last weekend where it seemed to be running at 75% reduced speed but still noticing about a 25% reduction of speed.
Others in group and clan also notice a decrease of both kill speed and gains over a time period.
Most notably in the stuttering attack animations and action lag, often need to wait/click skills multiple times before they actually go up and interrupting mob skills often is very difficult due to this. -
Launcher issues
- Shared computer problem: when switching accounts Lineage II crashed which is very annoying.
This seems to be a windows 10 problem and when using a shared computer to play L2, at home i don't have this problem as i do not have to share that pc.
Taking back the above it also happen here now, seems something changed in the most recent windows 10 update when the lock screen is displayed after the computer has been idle for a while.
Related error: D3DERR_DEVICELOST
Not quite sure what windows is now doing differently but i guess it is related to "suspending" running processes in some sort of a way to save resources.
Other games also have various problems like audio not working after coming back from the lock screen so might be a larger problem with the windows 10 update overall. -

@Juji@Hime Compiled a list of known issues that still occur to gather them here in one place.
Overall performance
- My melee character has a lot of hit lag specially during the weekend, my ranged aoe character seems to be not affected at all or not as visibly.
- Target switching is very slow at times, both for melee and ranged aoe characters.
- Random disconnects, not frequent but they do happen and only to 1 character.
- Dreadnought aoe stops working correctly during lag spikes doing either no aoe damage or intermittently some aoe damage.
Launcher issues
- First time when you open the launcher the email box does not have focus.
- When switching to the password box sometimes the focus messes up and unfocusses then refocusses the password field resulting in wrongfully typing in the password.
- Shared computer problem: when switching accounts Lineage II crashed which is very annoying.
This seems to be a windows 10 problem and when using a shared computer to play L2, at home i don't have this problem as i do not have to share that pc.
Login issues
During the whole hour starting around the 59th minute to around the 2nd minute past the whole hour it is impossible to login.
Either game window fails to open entirely or you get errors about update server being unreachable.
General client and game issues
- Toggled hotbar items stay on even after a relog, make this a option to turn on or off so i do not waste skills, potions, boosts and general consumables.
- Inside instances you always have to click next target twice before you actually get a target.
- When npc's use skills that change your target in any way you need to click twice or more on next target to actually get a target.
- Can click through the chat window which affects character movement if you tried clicking on a linked item and the chat scrolled up right before the click.
- When mobs wander around they can't be hit until their wandering animation "finishes" because character only follows it without actually hitting it.
- When following cursed sword to track it down on the map, when the owner teleports the last position is remembered no matter how often you click on the sword icon. Map needs to be closed and re-opened before you can see the new position.
- When alt-tabbing a lot between other applications the client forces your character to move to where the mouse pointer currently is even if you did not click.
- When alt-tabbing a lot between other applications left click is forced on so when you use right click to look around it makes your character run in random directions.
- Lineage 2 client often responds to clicks and actions that were not performed in it, this problem got even more notorious since the last update.
Item issues
- Charms unequip when changing to a dual or main class.
- Black scroll has a typo, it mentions failing to enchant twice when the first text should be succeeding.
- Exalted bracelet mentions giving +30 to element attack, however it does not give +30 to element attack.
- Soulshots and other crafted items sometimes do not show up in the inventory if you had run out of them before crafting new ones. Extremely rare, but when it happens only a relog will fix it which is not always a option.
- Modify scrolls still drop from helios.
Forum issues
Forum still has a bug when you start with a @ mention without typing anything else you can't type anything afterwards (happens in firefox, not tested other browsers). -

I went around and saw several people their characters who are not able to target even 1 single mob due to a hill or rock on which mobs spawned.
Specially bad now we have login Que and these characters are in game taking away resources without even any gains.
Please consider moving the mobs away from trees, objects, steep terrain.
What information does NCSoft need to fix this?

I used to spend 100's of $ on various store promotions but when i saw nothing back for that amount combined with the very poor customer service that is where i draw the line.
Poor customer service that can be outlined to:
- Auto reply canned answers, "solutions" that have nothing to do with the problem or completely ignoring the tickets and letting them time out automatically.
- Reported bugs not being fixed or taking over 2-3 years to be fixed.
- GM's giving wrong advice and unwillingness to undo their mistake when that results into monetary damage to me.
- GM's doing actions for other players due to game bugs but for same bug treat players differently in the type of help being given.
- Game bugs costing items which are then not being refunded.
- 90 days (3 months!) later we still suffer from the exact same issues with latency (server performance), granted it has been better at times but now we back to square one with yet again login queque.
I think you should understand all these reasons just ensure i will not buy 1 ncoin and more players will be joining this stance...
NCSoft really needs to work hard to improve their position on the market, other companies even fresh ones are gaining ground fast over you and pulling in players who quite likely will not return here or for that matter play any other NCSoft title.-

@Juji and @Hime please investigate the Chronos server.
Since last maintenance it is running very unstable, lots of disconnects happening at seemingly random (or during whole hour server lag problem).
