  1. I have recently Made 7 Attempts to craft a paagrio earring. Here is what the "chance" is according to NC Soft

    As you can see the chance above shows the SAME description for each.. if the probability is the same the success rate should be 50%. I tested this theory and attempted 7 crafts, all failed. To give you an idea of the probability of 7 fails in a row when the chance is 50% it would be. 1 /128 or 0.78% Try flipping a coin and getting it to land on tails 7 times in a row.. good luck, but NC soft would try and have us believe that THAT is representative of the above. 

    When I confronted NC Soft customer service about this they had the following to say: "crafting God Accessories like the Pa'agrio's Earring are intended to be a challenging task as these items can greatly help on your character's progress. We didn't locate any issues or errors on the crafting system of the game."

    So if there aren't any issues and 0.78% is an acceptable rate then the Probability that is shown to players is incorrect, in other wards, NC Soft is lying about its probabilities and when pressed on the issue refuses to tell the players what the real rate is: "While it does show that successfully crafting a Pa'agrio's Earring-Stage 1 is 'High', it doesn't show the percentage. Unfortunately, Game Support is unable to provide this information as we are not part of the Development Process"

    So Support is telling its player base that it is "working as intended" yet they do not have access to the success rates to check and see if 0.78% is the correct success rate. This further illustrates that support is not actually doing anything to support the player base what so ever.

     

     

    Please Petition this and push NC Soft to give us % like they do in other country's and stop with these false probabilities.

Let's fix the bug get back to game time, had long useless drive for 3 hr, home want PLAY the last few days of endless vit uninterrupted please. 

    you are confusing "skills" with melee attack. The issue is with just regular old attacking. Such as with Dual weapons, fists etc. NOW it is down to simply attacking with and melee weapon. The swing speed or attack speed is the issue. A year ago with fists you could make somewhere around 4-6 attacks per second, that is down to about 2 now.

    Gambling in this format is ILLEGAL, but thanks.. they have to be 1. Commissioned with a license and 2. PUBLISH WIN RATES. 3. Have an independent 3rd party ensure they are not screwing people with win rates. 

    NONE of which is happening. So yes.. you're right.. never gamble with money you cant afford to lose. But NC Soft West "gambling" is the equivalent to playing the rigged shell game and the only one that knows the odds is them. Again..

    Why do we(95% of players) care about this nefert?
    I mean you(5% of players) came like jerks and take 2/4 spots 1 hit aoe mobs, pk everyone who dare farm adena in IOS/Plunderous and above all ...you triple items prices in AH, etc.

    So, go cancel prestige and quit...ill give you tissues :D Oh wait...you cant do that (ps: we all know why, also NcWest know it but do nothing).

    And here lies the problem with the game.. people like you say QQ and do nothing and let NC Soft treat you like trash... enjoy being the battered person.. oh no it's ok if NC soft beats me.. I deserved it.. no no.. I fell that's it...

    Keep stronghold the same, we need to have some way to farm adena in game since its nerfed everywhere else.

    New update does not match the level of server.  we have 3 people 116,  most the server is 110 111 112  and cant xp in new zones.  so the lvl gap is increasing.  PLEASE implement A Leveling WALL  AT  117 or something.... otherwise no support will play this game. 

     ( in the top 50 ranked in xp for mains, only 3 classes are support, 2 tanks and 1 iss..... )

    Ponderous planes was Nerfed to nothing.. but that adena wasn't even "good" it was just what we had. 

    This was Literally the only ('high" adena amount, and I say that tongue in cheek)  place normal players could farm in the game ... you realize to simply seal a talisman you charge 6 BILLION adena... and the most a mob drops in this game is 250k and that is an instance zone that you only get an hour in per day and only 110+ can even kill mobs with any kind of speed.. the next mob is about 50k (AND level 115).  That is 120 thousands mobs you would have to kill, just to seal a talisman (And that is if 1. The mobs always dropped adena.. they don't and 2. it was always 50k .. it's not.. it fluctuates between 25k and 50k.  If it takes you 5 seconds to kill a mob (we're talking 99% of player base, not the 3 level 115 players), and we take the average of 50% of the time the mob drops adena and it's the average of 37.5k per mob that is 160,000 mobs and 222 HOURS... to seal a talisman.....o.O and that is SOLO... you add in a live buffer? hello 300+ hours of grind. But we have self buffs so screw the support! right? This number triples if a support is left to do this solo. 

    There is 24 hours in a day.. so according to your 'Dev Team' this was needed for "balance" because someone having to kill 160k mobs non stop for almost 10 days was too easy? And that's WITH mid level gear.. not someone in exhalted. By the way.. that whole 10 days.. you don't even get to actually PLAY the game. you just watch. 

    So.. you would like the community to believe that  222 hours of killing mobs non stop (non stop.. no maintenance interruption.. no resupply no actual PLAYING.. just auto kill) Was too easy?? And needed balance?  

    God forbid someone want to do something like save up adena and buy better gear in game in under a year......I mean.. they have exalted gear.. right?? RIGHT?

    IOS got nerfed to 180 minute max instead of 360 minute, will the Adena be doubled to compensante the loss?

    TOI recharge stone removed, annother Adena nerf even for the high lvl players

    New 115+ Zone but for who are they in the server?  i am 111 and  mobs are red and i do shit dmg,there are only 5 ppl in server lvl 114+ lol 

    Plunderous Plain Adena nerfed,   not in the patchnote, ninja nerf,  We want clear explanation on NCWest plan to keep their players playing.

  8. "Smoother hunting" means every mob now stands in a circle and leashed so you ONLY get to kill what they have set up for you to kill. The "increase' in rewards is a joke.. the Xp and adena have actually GONE DOWN. WTF are you doing NcSoft? They nerfed the Adena in Pluderous.. (because a top DD making 80 mil adena per hour was WAY TOO MUCH) but oh yeah.... that didn't make it to that patch notes, do you guys think were stupid and don't notice this stuff? WE play this game constantly.. unlike YOU. . SOs (the only REAL xp on the server) was changed to 5AM for west coast.. because that's totally a normal time people play right? And if you want to do swords in the evening.. oh well sorry.. that SoS time.

    The descent adena / Xp for instanced zones (that oh by the way cost $ for extra time)... NERFED.... Thanks.. this update is a frigging dumpster fire. This is the ONLY game I have ever played where I CRINGE when I see an update coming because i KNOW nc soft will find someway to SCREW us over... again and again.  

     

    The ONLY positives to come from this were the addition of the sigil and the Adena increase in Strong hold.. OH WAIT.. that was a mistake ... they'll nerf the HOLY HELL out of that again.. WE can't have people leveling and making adena in this game can we???   

     

     

  9. So, you all halved the rewards when you brought in the new update, we used to get double pots, that was replace by Zodiac cube fragments, which have since been removed. Yet the clan rewards were left unchanged, meaning, we're getting HALF of what we used to get. 

    Is this the new normal? Just cut it in half? We're we being "given" too many pots and weren't buying enough in the store? Come on guys, this is starting to get super petty and ridiculous, you can't keep taking EVERYTHING away in the game.  

  10. NC soft West is "renting" the license from Korea. They make money on the store, Korea gets money from the lease. Korea isn't fixing anything because they aren't getting anything for fixing it and NC Soft west refuses to upgrade their servers (which is the real problem). If this is the new normal, the fix is REALLY easy, boost melee damage significantly to make up for the slow attack speed.  

  11. This mind set of "The big suck is cool, if you can't handle it leave" has got to stop. No one in the game LIKES to spend 20k. If you say you do, you're a liar. 

    If you couple the constant drain on our wallet events, with the horrible "free" events and mix that in with a side of 8 months of HORRID SERVER LAG. I think people have a right to be aggravated. Spending money to be in the top 10% of the server, sure I get.. having to spend 1-2k per month to even be able to get a reward from a "free" event isn't right , and we all know it. 

     

  12. I am a 110 ISS that is damn near fully geared for offense WITH DRAGON DUALS.

    The more buffs I add, the more pots I use in the instance, my score actually gets lower. Support, once again is getting SCREWED. 

    The instance does not be appearing to scaling well at all per class and if it is... its WAY off, if a fully geared offensive iss with Dragon duals cant get S, we may need to adjust the instance no? You guys cant keep scaling EVERYTHING for end game archers, it's not fair to the rest of the server.

    Its the server itself, it SUCKS for everyone. They refuse to fix it, OR are incapable of fixing it and don't care.. one of the two. It has been MONTHS of absolute trash where the weakest classes (Melee) are the ones that are truly getting the shaft.

No, but I don't believe the "Fix" here is to make more stuff you can buy in a cash shop. Would it help? Maybe, if there was an Item that capped pvp damage at 20k except for debuffs or whatever we as a player base decide might work? SURE I'm down with that...as long as it wasn't a .0008% chance of getting it in a gambling box.    

    People shouted about the PK issues and wanted Live like classic.. and low and behold.. here it comes. We as a player base should not settle for what we THINK they can/will or can't/won't do, we should push what changes we want, would like to see and hope those changes are heard. It is ALWAYS a no until you ask or throw a big enough fit. This event alone made hundred of thousands of dollars.. don't discount that money being gone one day because they refuse to listen and we all stand up as a group and say no more.   

    I understand what you're saying, I really do, but it doesn't mean we have to accept it.

    Back to topic, these changes weren't implement from day to night. And basically, it was much harder to get anything before, like @GhostintheShell and @Degus mentioned.

    I agree with you on this, but the issue is that people start to think that everything is essential 9_9 brooch jewels, dragon shirts and circlets were pure L2 Store items. Now they're given away for free to every Exalted that completes first and second quest. Never in the history of this game, did people get so much free gear. And still find a reason to complain... If you don't like how this game turned out, it's fine, you're entitled to that. But if you're not enjoying it, just uninstall it. 

    Oh see, I disagree, I think people have every right to ask for changes in a game they 100% support and keep in business. Doesn't mean all changes need to be implemented or listen to. But when the player base is 100% of what keeps you in business? Yes, we as players have every right to be unhappy with 1. The state of the game and 2. The direction of the future. 

    Lots of things are free yes, but look at the cost of the things that just came out. The new SA? lvl 6 100 billion. That's almost 1000$ for a single item, come on.. that's insane and stupid and should not have any place in a "Game". yes you have a "chance" of making one yourself, but that chance costs money. And its a HUGE GAMBLE. And as anyone that has played L2 for any length of time knows.. In L2... the House.. ALWAYS WINS .. the chance rates are garbage, for a reason.. you'll spend more money.  No one should be happy about that part of the "game"
