And just NCSoft West have problems. So why? Because NcSoft West - server its just old "pentium 4 computer"... Ant when know this - need just find why? So many skills (and difficult skills mechanic), so many mobs (for example Coal Mines). OK they put delay on game makro.Its Ok. But they nothing not doing for macro game mauses, macro keyboards, bots. I say before - 1 gamer with macro mouse = 10 game macro. Its big difference. Not need to count that for example in Naia play 2500 people. Really not From top 150 unique IP max 100. From top 1000 - unique IP ... ok max 300 (aprox all log +3 acc). Accounts between 1000-10000 - in 99% just simple bots, or second, third and etc computer from top 1000... Even not computer but clone programs - people with 1 computer logging more than 3 acc...
There is mus fun... really play max 300-500 people but admins care about all this 2500 online accounts...
I was see all that because my mage in 6 mon lvl up from 100--->110. Was realy fast get place from TOP 5000 ---> TOP 150. And just from top 150 start harder - approx all active.

Lol devs... admins... and etc. There is so simple to remove lags from server. Lags for what exist? Skills? Yes. And why? Simple... ARCHER CLASES!
TO SOLVE PROBLEMS - NEED JUST DECREASE ARCHER SKILL REUSE, DECREASE SKILL MASTERY! OR JUST SIMPLE NEED TO MAKE BIGGER DELAY BETWEEN SKILLS.
Why? I see in some parties, and some video how play archers. Macro mouse or macro keyboard macro commands problem there - archers fast killing and fast doing next target (10 or more times "next target" in 1 sec!) Because most using macro command next target - skill - next target - skil -next target - skill. And it's really fast - because macro mouse approx not have delay... so 1 wrong archer on macro mouse = 10 in game macro. 100 wrong archers on macro mouse = 1000 in game macro.. simple...
I see that video in youtube (archer from Naia server) - its look like (DDoS) attack

For example - im SH (in fact im top Kamael SH (approx 110) in server except some trasvestit which was dark elf, human or etc and change in SH.) My mine stats (no buf) m.atak -317.579, p.def - 18.447 (without abu 4 (use on tank), elemental atack - 595. It's not so much - but better not exist in Naia. Im using prestige, drop runes, pve runes, shining dragon, roses and etc. And max what I can farm = Primeval Isle. Im not counting regular mobs = get per 24h 200-300kk - just for shots. It's just simple JOKE!
And if coun all my items on acc.. I don't know what they wort - let's say - 3000-5000 euros. Something likes this. Maybe you reallyy thinking people like I have any interest farm regular mobs for 200kk?
And I even not want to try to understand what can "farm" people who have less then I. And people who have less - its 95% off all l2 population. So what they can farm? 5-20kk per day? They cant buy shots for this...
So WITH THIS "REDUKTION" GM MAKE TOTALLY FAIL.

Normally i was getting ~25 skrools per 1 hour, today... 4...

In game clans dead - because of dimensional bug. All clan leaders can go in dimension (oly, dimension rb, dimension siege and etc) and clean personal/clan fame points, and repeat new quests - so clan leaders can get extra vitalyti pots... even can reclean timed zonas.
ITS CRITICAL BUG.. BUT ADMINS SLEEPING... 2 YEARS AND IN THIS WAY KILLING CLANS....

(i have some ideas (by my research) - they are from China (or big relation with China).
2... why we thinking there admins are admins and doing job?
I sometimes was reporting critical bugs, mistakes, bots and ect...and if it's admins - they react and solve the problems.. But looks like they have reason not do nothing (so maybe they also using bots for extra $, or they getting black income from bots. Sorry.. but how big "****t" need to be to say "we not change mentor rewards because of different region"... Wtf... only one reason why old mentor reward exist - its good for bots! They in some minutes can collect metees coins and change to ... CODEX! (simple secret - and i know who doin that many years). And etc, etc...
Most fun sometimes they delete post if you raport (even propose ban in forum)...
3... in optimistic way... if they star see in EULA and ban boter, cheaters, scamers, RTM and etc... there need to ban 97 top acc from top 100 list.
4... i was reporting some people.. and WTF... they contact with that bots and say my nick... ZERO IQ..
AND IN THE END. NEW PEOPLE ASKING ... HOW TO GET ITEMS..., HOW TO GET ADENA..., HOW TO GET FAST LVL... HOW TO...
We long time have just 1 right answer - use bots, use bugs, start trade adena for real money - and fast you will be in TOP.

At this moment (2359ppl) - no lag. And i was in timed zones - get normal drop/adena - lieke no lag.Here most interesting thing: lag showing on skills (skils not working or big reuze) - but skills working like without lag (this i see by how much im geting adena per 1h).

With limits aprox impossible to solve problem. People yse 3-rd programs, emulators, changing IP. Even now who want on 1 computer play with full self party.
One of most easiest solution - increase 50-100% prestige, drop rune packs bonus, and decrease 50-100% all mobs/raids adena/drop - without prestige/rune. Its simple - not pay money - not getting aprox nothing - and this some 1000 low lvl afk parties not have any reason to log.

O my God... people was reported milion times - problem bots..Here not need to be so smart. Running everywhere some 1000 bots acc - ant admins talking about optimizacion... When will stop this cirkus...

2 days lag. Now i making aprox 70% dmg/xp what was before lags.

Damaged spellbooks ( and all forgotten skills sistem) - was one of biggest NCSoft mistake... Even you getting for free "demaget spellbooks" - 1 skil to make +30 need 87kkk - So all clan must to farm adena/resources - that 1 person have adena (and burn it) to make 5 +30 skills
If count all this 4 skills (exist 5 - but 1 not need) - 4*87kkk=348kkk or ~2000euro... (for not trade item (skill) - which cant trade or etc.

I say "aprox". Its mean not all - but most. I know exist people even from this countries - l2 play like hobby. But personally I newer not meet. If we talk about lithuanian gamers most they not RTM. But also approx all who have friendship with russian gamers .. RTM. Its my experience in Naia - people which i meet in game.

But a lot of old players put the bunch of time and efforts in their characters. They are hostages. Old players play in constant parties. Answer - i thinking if you or somebody not like - can go play in EU server (in fact it's controlled by russian). Why you here?

Answer - when new players will have the same lvl and gear - will be invited in that parties. Simple.

Answer - Its past. Accept new roles or if you so old for that - stop play. Also - simple.
For me it's everything ok. Im from EU (Danmark) - and I don't care about ping or other things - for me it's just hobby - to play in free time.
Many people like I - we just simple... dont care...
But yes I also can understand all this russian, ukrainian , belarusian, lithuanian and etc RTM gamers - who are logged in game by vpn, or online servers in illegal way... If something wrong with updates or etc - cant easy farm adena, can't get profit in eur or usd... Then big stress - not have money for food... But it's not game problem - it's just this people problem that not want go in job like all normal people.

Then i not see any reason why Draeke - from Germany - but all the time cry about Russian friends. Its 2 absolutely different countries. But he cry - and not first time.
Anyway... Its not about ban this or other gamer. Mine idea - cannot be exception. If ban 1 from belarus - then ban all - from all block countries list. Then we can see GM's respect rules.

Approx all people from Russian mine problem - they thinking that they are so important... Just start believe - russian community at all there not important. IF i good remember in my clan was about ~10 people from russia, ukraine and other blocked regions . Approx all they was RTM. So why for NCSoft need this pleyers? Give just 1 serious reason. Lets say put pan for all this people from blocked countries - what will happen? I can answer will be less adena in RTM shops. And people start more use L2 Store. NCSoft will get biger profit and maybe will start lower L2 Store prices. Easy..
And now mine question (if im not wrong)? @Juji- why @Dreacke - using vpn (if i good understand he from russia or etc) - and not banned?

Weapon r95 was have 2 Soul Crystal - mermoden 9lv (m.atack) and mermoden 7lv (m.crit dmg).
So i got 1 soul cristal mermoden 10lv - remove old mermoden 7lv - and can't upgrade with mermoden 10lvl on weapon... then i remove next mermoden 9lv - and get option to use mermoden 10lv
So im on clean weapon put mermoden 10lv (crit dmg) and its ok. But now cant put 1 more mermoden 7,8,9,10 lvl (m.atak).
Question - its bug? Some limitation? Or my mistake?

Why just mage "cares about attack attribute"... For all classes the same. And in fact - mage have just 2-3 skills for which need "right" attribute.
And also 1 fun "talk with sioux i think he is first and last person to wtb this weapon"... He have just big pocket - but not understand how to play with mage... Everybody can change class - and easy can appier new archmage or new soulhound (like Sioux - he just change class).
Even i can buy. But... Its wort? Really not. For what? For copy ilegal pvp servers (what now is Naia - all npc in city centrum, items can get jus for $) - where is no pvp?. Yes i say right - Naia now simple PVP server without PVP...
