Maybe for asocial people hard to understand... But most we have friends, talking in game, in clan or discord for example - and finding people for pt. Party maching - it's just last way to find pt. No 1 not want go with "randoms" - which don't know what to do in pt, not have items or etc.

Practically can say - all clan (and ally) working that just some "elite" people want get TOP items. But here also exist 1 important - approx all they are RTM. So all clan and ally - making salary for "elite" people... And 99% reason why top clans go in collapse - "bad" updates - and "elite" cant get "profit" - so they just outs from server - and selling items for $. And searching new server - where no strong "elite" people and can dominate. ----> All the time was like this.

This event have right to be extended 1-2 weeks more. Now people 105+ , new areas mobs stronger - its not bad for server if people will make bracelet for more dmg.

@hime ... maybe this need extend for 1 more week? TOP 100-200 dont care about that - they was make this bracelets 1y ago. But this event was not ok... So many lags in this 5 weeks - and sometime was impossible to get more quest items. When i start first week i was getting 24/42(48) coins. But last week was catastrofa - every second day i finish with 18/36 coins (and my m.atak wash by items was increased 30-40% with items). So it's little bit crazy become stronger - getting less. I was asking some people in game and Discord - they also say - lags in event - getting less coins.
Personally for me not important - this game for me just hoby. But here so much new people - and they not make even 6-7 stage bracelet - and now must to wait ~1 year.

Its little bit drastical from 7 to 3... 4-5 its optimal. But can be also 3.. why not.
Administration not must to care about people who writing that need 7 or more acc - 7 acc really not need. 99% of this people - never not use and not planning to use l2 store. It's only 1 reason why they want 7 acc party - to use legal "bot" macro - for farm.
Technically 7 acc party just trash in game - they never not will make high lvl - impossible to get a lot xp for big party. Most TOP 100 people exping with 1-2 acc - and its reason why they TOP.
Here important point ~500 acc in game - just dot target for party runners - why need this ~500 acc dead online?
GM's was write - event items depends on online people - so reason why we not getting event items this ~500 dead acc and this trash parties of 7 acc.
And this 7 acc parties - are absolutely dead people for clans - they nothing more not see in this "game" - just all day care about how working macro.
Sorry - buts it reality.

No you not ringt. Normally approx i never not have lags. But now after some month pausa i get war with 1 bots clan - so i have fun. And when searching kills - in all map many areas when i'm moving have lags - in pvp time - also. Before was not like this. Exactly - I understand for cw (JustWait) - its allowed to use bots (in pve and pvp mode) - maybe they not feel nothing.
But here it's maybe normal situation - when approx all server using pt from 3-7 acc on makro - this doing lag. Even i'm not count this 1000+acc on bots - they moving everywhere.- this also doing lag. Its big difference when you play real or you play with makro - makro all the time will send more info "packets" to server.
I have experience ~15 years in l2 - and know what is it lags..

Depend of skill enchant lvl - need to use normal or bless codex. Its depend of price.
Try to count when need to use bless enchant...
And why you "new" skills you enchanting at bigger lvl...?

You need SP, adena and Superior Giant Codex to enchant the first 10 levels of a skill. Enchanting skills, like most things in L2, is a chance game. Because of that, there are also Superior Giant Codex Mastery books, which work like Blessed scrolls. If the attempt to enchant your skill fail, you keep the skill level if you use a Mastery book, as opposed to a regular Superior Giant Codex. If you fail using the Superior Giant Codex, your enchanted skill level will return to 0. The enchant window will tell you the odds of a successful enchant, so you can decide in advance if you want to use a normal Codex or a Mastery Codex.
There is a third type of codex called Immortal Scrolls, but it's been ages since NCSoft made those available via an event/promotion. I think the last time was the Special Fishing event several years ago (with the blue, not yellow fishing bait). If you do happen to get one of the Immortal Scrolls those succeed 100%.
Finally, the last word on codex: From enchant levels 1-10 you will use the basic plain codex. To enchant skills from 11-20, you will need a codex/mastery codex that has a 1 in the bottom right corner. To enchants skills from 20+ requires a codex/mastery codex with a 2 in the bottom right corner. If in doubt, read the description on the codex. It will tell what levels can be enchanted with a given codex.
Now that you know a little about codex, let's get to the enchant.
Go to your skills window (or just hit K on your keyboard) and you will see three tab options under Skills. One is your ACTIVE skills, the second is your PASSIVE skills, and the 3rd is LEARN SKILL. Go to your Active skills and select the Enchant Skills box at the bottom of the window. This will expand the window for the skill enchant dialogue. Drag and drop the skill that you want to enchant into the Standard Skills box and then select an Enchant Skills Option. The Enchant Effect box will tell you what changes will be made if the enchant succeeds. It will also tell you the odds of success as a percent. Don't be alarmed if you don't see all of your active skills available for enchant. Like I said, as you level, more of them will become available.
At the bottom of the window are the Required Ingredients. This is where you determine if you're using a general codex, a blessed (i.e., Mastery codex) enchant, or an Immortal Scroll enchant. The system will automatically detect which codex you have in your inventory. This area also tells you how much the enchant will cost you in both adena and SP. (Only Immortal Scrolls don't cost you anything to use.)
Once you've made all of your selections, hit the Enchant Skill button below the Required Ingredients area. You'll know in a microsecond if it was a success or fail. Good luck!

After last updates was removed some quantity of mobs (in some important 102-104 area). Maybe its better.. GM's better know.
I want propose remove cused sistem - this also making some lags. And everyday to send directly for this 2 people (we all know this nicks) 5kkk adena. Why need this troubles now... They must to capture cursed swords and stay till night in clan hall (it's so hard) - and just after get this 5kkk... And every day the same...Just give adena directly for his people and all will be happy!
GM's ... cursed system was maked not for 2 people... In fack now this sistem - just big BUG..

Really...? Was period with 3 acc legal - and we have instances, parties and etc (not so much - but have). Now... 0 parties. Now all just macro botting (im also). If you think now we have game... you really wrong... Now we have just 99% people with legal botting. Nothing more. Botting for nothing - after "updates" we getting ~3-5kk adena per 1hour (exist just some areas where can get more) - for this adena can buy just shots...
When people understand this - mass will stop play this game. It's just question of time.
And i will explain what is it 5kk/h:
pve/pvp set +10 ~50kkk. So need to farm 24/7 10.000h or 240.000days or... 6574 year just for 1 set (+10 set its just 1% what need in game).... Welcome to new l2 reality
If start play this game when was start build Giza Necropolis in Egypt - now you have +10 set

we have seen such an extreme rise already around 2(?) years ago. Back then it came from an uncontrolled flood of adena hitting the Servers. That Adena was just created without any counter value to it and came from Elcyum Powder that was sold to NPC Grocers. The source of that Elcyum powder was the huge amount of players that started fishing with the newly introduced Fancy Rods, that were much faster then the normal rods. A player that collected 4 Powerfull Fish could exchange those with the Fishing NPC and received 3 Elcyum Powders in return, which was then sold to the Grocer NPC at a price of 2kk. The success rates were pretty good so a player could make a pure profit of 800kk to 1b per week. But, as i said before, there was no real value against that and the NPC just "create" Adena when they buy items from players so there was a huge Inflation of Adena which drove up the market prices at similar rates like now. This was all stopped with the change of the Fish-to-Elcyum exchange rate from 4:3 to 12:3 and later with by lowering the NPC bid price down to 1kk per Elcyum Powder.
Now, there is a new form of "Adena printing" that has no real work value against it. Everyday, some top players pull a minimum 10 b Adena from the Cursed Sword System. Compared to the Fishing-System, there is a difference in the distribution of the Adena, cause with the cursed swords, only some top players get their hands on the "new" Adena. Nevertheless, we all know that this small circle of entitled players sells a huge amount of Adena to external (illegal) Adena Sellers for real money, thus the Adena makes it way to the large player base, flooding the market and driving up prices.

Now people 1-105 lvl become in 1 week. Max 2 weeks. And for all need items. But +12 weapons, +10 sets and its not so easy to make, and its not so fast. Also cant income in server fast way - b.valakas, b.antharas, seven sings and ets.. End drop... cc.bay, Kama, Balok, Tauti and etc - most popular instances. for 99-102 people.. They now 105+ - so drop penalty for all. Rune price was 35-40kk? Now 90-100kk. And in this way will be 200kk - no farmer right lvl. In this sistem what we have now - prices must to be 2-3x bigger then 6 mon ago. its normal.

here not need to be smart to have answers...
1. Because accounting & finance department - try to improve $ income..
For this need:
1. Decrease adena income from game.
2. Then put XP events (most people are crazy about lvl and XP...)
3. Then put event like "compas" - to burn server adena.
4. And in the end... put l2store "event" - artifacts...
Its great business plan! ----> People cant farm adena - but goin UP with LVL... So need items "upgrade" - no adena from game, no adena from RTM - buy from L2store... And for fun artifact box 2lvl - from 105... (for this that xp even they put - not because want people lvl - they want sell more artifacts). Just to craft 6 balance artifakt 10lvl - need... 270euro * 6.... But artifaks not 6... 14 can put in slot. And red/blue biger price 2-3x then balance...
2. Now server lags... If in other regions after the same updates no problems - what is mean? They "play" with database - and create some critical mistakes or server machine its old.. Just this - and nothing more.

In most computer ALP+P not solving this kind of computer lag. Make ALT+P and try to run in some events period for example Adena - simple can't move...Or even now - try to not feel lags in populated areas like Refinery and etc.
The history of Lineage - can save in screenshots - if for you so important.
...
There can be other solution... ALT+P for optimizing - just switch of all different sets... This not hard to make for NCSoft programers.

Its not new laptop. But some years ago its was price 2000euro.
And if computer like this have problem wits lags... it's not computer problem - it's just game problem.

I Have 2 laptops - 1 good graphic card, 16g rams ssd and etc - its ok to play. And 1 with minimal graphic card 8g rams (more then need for 1 acc), ssd and etc - cant move - even to put something in auktion or make trade between acc sometimes approx imposible. Graphic card important in this game.

There just need script - to change for all old non, d,c,b,a,s,s80 (paulina, steel and etc.) grade sets/weap - to r85 paulina. Also sets Appearance. It's so easy. And for 50-70% people computer graphic cards get relax.

Les old items - better game performance. Now graphic card must to accept all this not necessary armor/weapon stuff - it making just more lags (for people who not have strong computers).
I propose delete all stuf - till 85. And pay adena for people who have that.

I can asver:
1. Use prestige/drop rune - its 15+30$ per 30 days. Less acc - need less prestige/drop rune.
2. Use L2 Store - not have $ - try to find job, not need live with parents till 60y. In XXI age - its normal sometimes pay for game - for mosts its hoby.
3. Want xp - go in xp zones - like HB, Tanor and etc. Want drop - go in drop zones. I know people who now making per day 700-1500kk - so its not problem. And yes - can more.
4. In event periodes we have so much drop/items revads from event "quests". I know people who makin from events 5-20kkk - so it's not problem.
5. Learn trade sistem. Personally im from trades getting 100-5000kk per day - if im lucky and have time to play.
6. Exist people who killing RB - on respawns - they making a lot adena.
7. Most important... learn to play l2.. if can't make adena - its not mean that it's impossible...

8. I never not see people who with 7 acc parties have drop. Who will pay for 7 x prestige/drop runes?
9. 7 acc sistem... ("Yes, with your 7 toons log in>>> most non NA players( witch means North American) will log parties of macrobot in quest areas to get adena" .- copy from post).
Its mean this - most south america, east/south europa and etc - play with many acc, bots and etc - all adena goin to RTM contors. This people not play l2 - for this people l2=job. Feel difference?
