And.. what about "fake" clan members? It's more than 3mon in clan we can have 60-65 members - but in clan list showing 100+ (old members also). This can be also lag problems - sistem counting members - which not exist (clan members rating sistem now "OF").

@Juji / @Hime - can block this person in forum... for him everything bad... first not have items (cry for events), make mistake with main/dual (cry for class change), now not have lvl - (cry for xp bost)...
Everything here ok. Its long term game - nobody not want (who have brain) - hit in 1 week 115-120 (and after server most to put next update - deflation items and etc.) Im pretty sure - he after will cry - why server put new items (for which he not have adena), why deflation jewels (for which people pay 1000-1500$) and etc.

the explanation given as to why not is weird to be honest as from day 1 this update people can make standard / enhanced / pve / pvp /limited R110 so how come we end up with only pve / pvp on Libra is just /facepalm

1. Not in all libra have option to change all weapons...
2. All libra can be different - it decide developers (not people who cry in forum). People can just say existing bugs.
3. Not forum people making decision. Game roles creating - developers. Future update creating - developers. And regions difference - making developers.. What exist in other servers - not all must exist here.
P.S: Is like other games in real life. for example basketball... NBA are different from EuroLeague... They all play basketball - but game different, sistem different... And never not hear that players changing roles... Not like something in basketball.. go play football... not like football - go to swim.. o drive with horses.... Its simple..

And just simple question for this "smart one" - why was need to make non limit login (now normal solo party in game 4-7 accounts) - if out from people shance to use boss accessory on boxes? In server come many new ppl - accessory prices increase in last 2 mon 50-100% - so what they will use now... will craft r99?

From developers zero planing... zero ideas how game will look after 1 year, after 3 year... aftar 5 year... (its long term game - and its why we chose play l2 off). They makin changes after changes every mon. And most bad - this doing "random" programers... they even not try to play this game... - to get knowledges what people need in game.
(ok i will say most annoying game part - for example - go kartia (and etc).. and all the time must to press 5 or 6 time on npc... for what... why this need... we not reading this "bu...t".)

1. It's not problem schaces 5-10-20% It's really not problem if we know chances and pay for it.
2. Problem - NCSoft not post chances... Now they write on enchant - "have shance 10% then normal". What is Normal? 0% 0.01%? Maybe 1%? If 0 - then we must o except "luck" chance + 10% better then normal? Wath is it?
Scam...
3. @Juji - Like I see you still have biggest respect from gamers - so maybe you can post this "critical" info for us?

Hi. And 1 more time... Why you talking about what you TOOOOOTALYYYY not understand?
1. Enchanting have difficult formula - its depend of "LUC" and "spikes". LUC stats we all know - but NCSoft change it without any announcement (so it's kind of Scam - because many people invest in LUC stat alot real money). "Spikes"... it's more difficult to explain - but working like random dmg formula. Can find spikes time? No. Its independent. Spikes working on everything, exanting, crafting, and etc. Why "spikes" - it's just only one way to explain why skills (and etc) enchanting with +93 chance - you can burn it 4-7 times in a row. Normally it's approx impossible - but happen for me me and other ppl many times.
2. Many people say its depends just of you luc... No. This can say just poor in game people - they try 1 time and get +12 or try 10 times and burn it.... Try 1000 times, 10.000 times - and you will see that personal luc simple not exist. It's just mathematic. 99% of server cant make even +6 sets. But exist people who mass making +8 +9 +10 items and sell it (living from RMT).
3. Next time before writing - check AH, and thing little bit.

I play in Naia 4 year. Have clan. Let's say in clan was.. about ~4000 ppl (i every week bring new, and kik old if someone stop play). And from this 4000 - i see just 3 people who get +12 bloody weapon from game... And its just +12 bloody... what is it nothing in this game. Many ways to have fun... But... just very rare have skills to make adena for items.

on the Artifact system I guess you don't fully understand what that's about as even a set of +0 items will give a boost when equipped in Artifact book, for example lv.2 gives Damage +5%, damage received -6% <- aka great boost even for players with low budget!!
most of the Artifact items focus on boost for defense, it doesn't add any new skill power / damage crap only a bit of p/m attack which ain't that crazy compared to all the other stuff

and on the Agathion system I just point out that for some odd reason we never got the full update as the perma agathion charms were never implemented, something Juji said we would get eventually some time this update so who knows..
I will answer... 1 more time ---> You not understand this game.
1. Will be this artifacts - when will come time for this.
2. Most l2 gamers start play this game 10-15y ago. Some in "global", some in illegal servers. Not important where. Important - they like this game. So what is mean - now we have population of gamers 30-60y old. Most like this. So... what its mean? We have private life, we have job, half of use - have family. Now summer - what is mean? Most we want hollydays, to go somewhere, to do something. NOW NO TIME FOR EVENS... Normally events very destructive - using a lot privat life time.
3. Libra buffs etc... bla bla.. Now we have so much buffs - pasive/active... like dyes powder.. new clan skills and etc.
4. And mos fun... "low budget"... Even you know what is it? Im pay for game. Sometimes. Like i say for fun - to try luck. Also im using "prestige pack". What is it prestige pack for 85-105lvl gamers? Its nothing... Adena increase 300%?
Its mean you get 10-20kk per day if play aktive/afk with 3 acc. Except some places - you can't get more. Also im active buy/sell gamer. so can make in day 100kk-1kkk. But in middle in day I accumulating 300-500kk.. So what is it? i'm low budget or high?... I know just some people who accumulating adena like I.. I think i'm low bugete... Because except 10-20 gamers in Naia who active buy/sell items from l2 store - all other buy in black market. From whe i know this info? Maybe 1 day I will post my own statistik.. Maybe.
5. And ok... we have now r110 sets. Just 3 weeks - and all people who was have adena make this sets... just 3 weeks.. and just some ppl... People not have adena... Simple.

If already start reduce mobs - the is one easy solution... DELETE all mobs from Pavel Ruins , Magmeld - Garden of Genesis, and some other low lvl (no faction area and etc) - and half server population and lags disappear
In this areas - 99% bots 24/7.
