You just not lucky men. Craft its ok, enchating also ok.
In last 2 weeks I:
Craft splendor +4 (first try).
Enchant Kaliel +7 (35 scrolls)
Enchant +7 Navari (just get from market +6 and use 1 scroll)
Enchant Paulina Agathion +8 (use stuff waht clan member send)
Enchant Cloak +15 (14 normal scrolls)
Put 15% skill pover on cloak (32 stones).
Also craft 3 +9 Artifakts... (use alot - but its wort).
Not all so bad like you think.

i bought yesterday a Mutated Orc Chest from a Player Shop in Aden for 50b because of the rewards listed on the chest describtion.
Starting Bloody Weapon Stone, Dark Weapon Stone, Bl. Anthars, Lindvior, Dragon Ring/Earring/Necklace, Shilen9, Bl. Valakas, Sayha Talisman9 or +9 Fallen Angels Ring.
Now i opened the Box and got a Krishna Shooter as reward !????!!
Please look into that, restore the Box to unopend Version so i can open it for any of the above mentioned rewards.

uhm no you totally missunderstood it.
On the Chest describtion was nothing mentioned about other rewards then the ones i listed being inside. IF then i wouldnt have bought it for 50 billions...
The NCWest team failed to put the full describtion for possible rewards and now you tell me to deal with? Do you really wanna state we cannot trust the ingame item describtions?
Are you aware that we do not all check each day the Forum or whereever you posted the infos about rewards?
Also even if so, we had two different sources, ingame and out of game. So which one should we trust?
I ask you to let the team fix the ingame describtion for the Mutated Orc Chests + remove the shooter + remove the chest and give me the 50b Adena back since NCWest did false advertisment ingame.
And due to this misslead i bought the chest for a possible good reward.
Noone on earth would pay 50b for such a reward list....

While we can understand your frustration on this matter, I'm afraid we currently do not provide resealing/restoration of items that yield random rewards nor refund Private Store transactions.
Please note that due to text limitations, not all the rewards can be fitted into the description but the full rewards list of the Mutated Orc Treasure Chest can be found on our website. As such, we have confirmed that this item is working as intended at this time.

Regretfully, we are unable to offer a refund for the Adena spent for items purchased from Private Stores nor grant replacement/reboxing of items that provide random results.

NO, the DEV Team misslead with the ingame item describtion. THE DEV TEAM LIED on the possible rewards from the ingame information.
YOU LIED - may it be not knowing better - about "text limitations" in the hope to shut me down.
I think i well deserve the correction of YOUR SIDES mistake!
I never said the drops from the event page arent correct.... I said the INGAME Reward list is not complete, showing only top rewards, leading me to buy it totally overpriced for 50b and ending being scammed thanks to your wrong ingame describtion.
So man up, say you did a mistake and correct it for me.

and after win the box ... what is the rate? 0 "good item" of 11 boxes

the event is just a way of pretending that not everything is paying to win.
a fraudIn my opinion you must to get ingame ban. Event not for 1 person. And you get 11 from 14 boxes.

Here you wrong.
Nc.coin price dictated just adena farm. Now all 114+lvl can farm in IOS 600-800KK minimum, many can farm 1-2kkk in 1H. 114+ in server about ~300 people. To burn adena (suol ore, teleport and etc) need just 50-100kk per day. If admins soon not will make adena nerf for top zones - we pay not 2-3x price for items (compare what was 3-6 mon ago), but 10-20x prices - compare with now.

I was born in East Europe, and now many years living in West Europe. I can compare people mentality from West - East regions (if we talk about game).
Im not write nicks, but all know about what im talking, its about Naia server.
Minimum 5 people from TOP 5 become angry if someone first kill RB, or get Akanaman/Zare box. And they become angry not from game interest. Become angry because not get, drop, not get adena... Then not have what to sell for real money - and its mean all week not have food... Can imagine - this people who talking in HERO chat - in real life not have food if not sell game items...?
And people from USA, West Europe more relax in game - they play for fun, not for profit. Its big difference if we talk about mentality.

For example in Naia - alot people from Romania, Russia, Ukraina, Bulgaria, Grecia, Filipinos, Vietnam, Brasilia and etc... What they can pay if in this countries salary 200-300$...?
Server orientated in USA and West Europe people. If someone play for example from Vietnam and say "high price" - its not server problem, its just this people problem if start play not in right server. Want low prices - go in server for poor countries. For example Inova - orientated Russian region (where people salary very low level). And no problems.

Not people fight for zare/aka in night time. People at this time in all Europe sleeping. For zare/aka in Naia fighting just loosers in real life (they not have job). And 90 % of this "people" its from Russia, Ukraina and Romania (with small exeptions).
Time must to be changed. Cant be any discusion about that.

Rates are biger, then some last the same type events. In this event exist 57 items position. Its 5-7 less then in other the same type events. So its auto increase TOP items rates.

Who buy La Vie En Rose boxes? Nobody! Or just 1-2person. Who buy destini pack? Just low lvl people - and seling for TOP for adena....
Event like now have small chances toget TOP items - but this shances much more biger then try to get from game. Or you want try farm 50 claws? Or maybe better try to fishing and kill raids and after craft 4lvl seed bracelet?

I dont know where you play.. but in Naia market wery active. I sold 8 +10 cloaks in 2 days (110-140kkk for 1). Also not have problem to sell other things.

In this year was many events - where you can get GOD rings (its why I have). Prices increase not becouse no items - its just becouse TOP people farming 5-10 times more. adena, and in game not exist option to burn adena in big amounts. Here just developers fail (not suprise me at all) - they not have any knowleges how to control adena income (also prices). If "infliation" 2-3% per year - its ok. But here...100-300%...
Chek events history.
P.S.: I say - developers not surprise me at all. Not just... Also NCwest sales depertamet... Bloody Hell... For people who play L2 (its 99% 30-60y old) they make event "Back to school... They even dont know who play in server...
Personaly what is school i forgot 25years ago... (and all my friends in game).

Why short? Its was more then need. I spend 4 hours to enchant. Get 9 cloaks +10, but burn 40 ancient scrolls - and not make +15. If for you was need just +10 its 10-20min...

You wrong. Many party. Dailes =10-15 min. Merge server = kill half population. No place to hunt. No rb. No clan hals. No castles. End etc. And yes - no olypiad. Prices big not becouse no adena. People not have where to use adena... farming in day 10-100kkk. If you not - just becouse dont know game.

No - its problem and big. Archer cant go pvp...? Realy...? Can use single skill - like most classes. I said just - cut mass skills - thats all.
So why with my dager 112lvl im geting in IOS 112 just 750-750kk (1-2 skill on mob), but archers killing 2-3 spots one shot... In TOI or TOI word im geting just 6-7B in 10h... Its sad. In the same place archer kiling 2 spots...
Event or not even - achers farm 3 times more - so simple they can pay 3 times more for the same event item. Its huge game disbalance.
