I've said it before, and I'll keep saying it again. L2Store Promotions and in game events should flood the market with consumables so people that make 30-150b a week in places like TOI cannot corner the market to offload at 500% inflated prices during Libra. And with consumables I mean stuff like Rune Stones, Star Signs, Splendor Fragments, Gem Energy, etc..
And of course... JUJI, NCSoft and L2 should stop removing event items when events are over. Lineage II is the only MMORPG in the frigging world that doesn't allow players to keep their event items.
No. Here im agree with NcsSoft politic (its rare).
What ist 4, 8, 16 runes... its totaly NOTHING. Ok 1 rune price (now) in market 80-150kk... in midle 100kk so 1 skill (8 rune) 800kk. // nc.coin price 1nc=10-15kk... So about what we talking here? 0.5-1$? If not have 1$ - this game not for you. Or if for you problem to colekt 1b in game for skill... This game not for you. To understan = +20 skill its 50-80B! +30 forgoten skills 2000+$!
Game event promotions now ok (but sometimes they making mistakes with prices). PROBLEM - now in game alot poor people (in real life) and not want to spend no 1$ for game. But this game can exist - just if people pay! Can be corect ban IP for Vietnam, Afrika, India and etc - this people just making RMT from game.
And event items NEED to remove (limited time) - becouse - new event coming with diferent box revads - and some people just want make profit from this.
Just stop talking comunistic trash.

i dont really care if people dont want to believe this stuff anymore. every major whale that i have encountered has sworn by this type of mechanic existing. when I open loot boxes right after a server restart, I typically get better rewards than later in the week, pretty much every time.
edit: i would also argue the same mechanic applies to enchanting and crafting, compounding, everything. everything in this game is connected to turn a profit.
edit 2: for la vies, i have tried ruby 5 from 2x 4s at least 150 clicks long ago. i never made a 5. thats a 7% click at best odds.

OK - I will help you litle. In random sistem parcitipating all who online. But problem that random start working at this moment when server get power and procesors start counting. Server - but not game. Not mix. Other more fun - the same random working on mobs, on crits ant etc. And one more fun - Its not 1 random proces - but many.
And from all this just need uderstand - even if you have random table - know when will be luc or when no - you newer not understan in whish line random proces now. Its imposible.
But yes - exist some triks to make biger shanse get sucses.

Its hard to undertand where is probplem with rune stone... Rune stone drop exist. In market rune stone exist. And it need just 4, 8... for some skills - thats all. Also geting some free rune stone when lvl up. So where is problem to pay 400-800kk?

Because you all the time talking - "1 shot". No - not one shot. I lvl my small dager, I have some items. I know which dmg dager cant make. Now im 112, and from 105 till 112 - in game im not see/not met no 1 person who "one shot" the same lvl mobs at this lvl. Yes im with 112 easy can farm (no pots) westeland 117 and etc. But im not see no one who can make the same even in 111 -115 zonas. I just say - you don't know game reality. You have items better then 99% people who play with dager. Thats all.
And about dager tips - you writing alot wrong things.

Regarding lethal, it should still exist. I will test some solo spots and sea of spores later to see if I see it.
As an othel, the majority of your dmg should 1 shot your target. If this is the case, you may be voiding the entire lethal aspect bc you killed the target in 1 shot.
I see you don't know what its danger (even you 119lvl). Low lvl dagers'.. not have items... aprox all dagers till 112lvl juts try to kill mob. its really not one shot - 2-6 hits. "One shot" start just when people get a lot expensive items, and its ALOT $

And here most iportant part - top acc (with items) wort 50.000$... 100.000$ ... 200.000$ Problem that people not understand - to be top - have price. Not need to think that you for free in short time will have account for ...5000$... (5000$ its normal strong 112lvl account).

Servers not orientated on EU. Servers orientated on nothing! OLY start 22.00-23.00 EU time... Detrone start 23.00-24.00 EU time... EU people at this moment going to sleep.
But if see world time map... server orientated on... Iceland, Greenland, Western Sachara, Mauritanija, Giuneja. Im not sure if in this 3 last counties people know what is it internet - but maybe admins see a lot connection from this countries

I am not new , I been here for several years I change my earthia to an archer . now I cant play at Island of soul . so I quit my prestige , wating to get back to be able to play there again , but even if I get aden a I would not be able to buy gear, no one is making / no one is selling, I try to craft a lvl 3 ruby. so far I fail like 14 times, that was a lot of materials gone , now I`ll need several months of saving..
no complaining I play just for fun solo even my gear it's not soo good , just saying , If I was probably, I have to be force to quit in just few days. luck / chance and ways to get / buy gear in the game are almost none r now.
You can't say - "I am a solo player , no so strong but stronger than many". You are in down of 99% server gamers. You so weak that even cant imagine!
Afk mode 112lvl personage from simple mobs in 1h getting ~25kk(m)
Storm (solo dd) - 150kk
ios 112 (solo dd) -750kk
and etc...
Not TOP - but strong dd in TOI, TOI_wold geting 5b in 1h....
You simple not understand this game, find clan, find smart people - they maybe will make for you tips.

With criticals - all its simple. If you know game mechanik (you said) here cant be any question.

But normaly no. I use 6500 circlet scolls - and not get +7, I use 23000 dragon scrolls - and not get +7 (long time ago i was use 25 and get +7), i use 400 silenite (40 trys) - and get max 1lvl... Last event i use 40 Ancient - and get max +11 cloak. So sometimes luck, sometimes not. Like for all.
